The kids are happy with it, so I'm happy with it. Solid performer at this price point... runs Borderlands 4 at medium settings without complaint. It arrived without scuffs, scratches, or dings anywhere (well-packaged), and setup couldn't have been easier (you gotta remove the side panel to get out some of the protective packaging, but that's 30 seconds of effort all told). I'll be able to get 3-5 years of use out of this before I consider updating the graphics card. I suppose more RAM wouldn't hurt, but 16gb gets the job done and for less than $900 I doubt you could do much better. ... show more

This is my THIRD Skytech PC, as in over the years I've bought 3 PCs from them either for myself or family and all have been phenomenal, including this one. Amazon delivery person dropped my package upon delivery so I was concerned that the glass or the panels on my PC had been damaged. Luckily that was not the case (get it?) and the PC is perfectly fine. As per usual with Skytech PCs, cable management is great, all fans work as does RGB, part selection isn't too bad or too off brand, PC came in working condition out of the box. No clue what another review was talking about as far as Bluetooth not working. Mine worked just fine and it did already have a Bluetooth driver installed. It also had AMD Adrenaline software installed, just have to do some updates. Pretty simple stuff. Some of the motherboard drivers were not pre-installed but it's incredibly easy to find them. Also they include a link on the desktop to all testing performed, temperatures, clocks, etc. PC is not overly loud, even during heavy gaming and is nearly silent while doing regular tasks. Don't buy this trash, trust me... It didn't work right out of the box. Bluetooth doesn't work, the glass came damaged, and I waited on the phone for over an hour to talk to someone. I'm returning this trash. The build quality is disappointing.

I was torn between building one or just buying a pre built again. A co worker recommended skytech. After researching I wanted to build around the 7800x3d. With that and the 9070 mixed with 32gb ram (not familiar with the GEIL products) this pc just has the value. It’s got great rgb lighting and it’s incredibly quiet for the performance it puts out. Not to mention it needed minimum updates out of the box. Only had it for a few days so from a longevity perspective time with tell. As for now I’m extremely pleased with this purchase ... show more

The computer arrived in excellent physical condition, with no scratches or dents. However, there were several significant setup issues upon initial use. First, none of the system fans were connected. This is not something that could have occurred during shipping, as all fans were unplugged from the fan controller on the back of the motherboard. I had to open the case and connect each fan manually. Additionally, the Bluetooth drivers were not installed on the motherboard. As a result, my Xbox controller would not connect when the system was first powered on. To resolve this, I had to open the case, identify the motherboard model, locate the manufacturer’s website, navigate to the support section, and manually download and install the required drivers. The company includes a checklist signed by a technician indicating that the PC was fully tested and functional prior to shipment. Given that the system has a glass case and seven large, visibly inactive fans, it is difficult to believe this issue was overlooked during quality control. While I was able to correct these problems myself due to having more technical knowledge than the average PC user, this should not have been necessary—especially considering the system cost over $2,000. At this price point, all components should be properly installed, tested, and fully operational upon arrival. ... show more

Fans are quiet and the cooling is great. Runs heavy games with little to no stutters such as cyberpunk 2077 and spider-man 2. Also cones with nice keyboard and mouse. Download times are slow though, took 5-10 minutes to download 1.6gb worth of data.
