  • Great product
The media could not be loaded. Product came as advertised. Very happy with it. Package and handled with care. Had a lot of extra protection and well insulated for the travel. Plugged it and booted right up. Overall happy with the build and how it was shipped. Would purchase again.

  • Possible damage? Otherwise works well
The media could not be loaded. I got this for myself. I'm an avid gamer and I am in school for computer science. I just recently got it and this is what I've noticed so far. (Mind you. I have ZERO knowledge but my fiance has some) My fiance pointed out this Grey pin, it seems to be bent, but doest seem to affect it, if it does, very little I guess. We can't figure out how to get the CPU overlay on, but that's not a big issue to me as I ca still see the stats. When booting it flashes bright I tried getting a video but my camera quality isn't great. I think it's just the lights turning on. It can be a bit of a jump scare if you don't know about it. My fiances doesn't do this either. Neither one of us know. Otherwise, I really enjoy it. I will say this, I didn't know this was a third party seller, but I did dig Into the company quite a bit and they seem pretty reputable. I got the warranty just incase. ... show more

  • Check the CPU cooler!!!
Amazing product parts are exactly what your looking for I usually build my own but for a pre build 10/10 now the part that makes this a 2 star review I was having issues with the PC randomly shutting down I had believed it might have been a faulty PSU it happens so I replaced it but the problem persistented coming to find out my CPU was overheating so I take a look assuming maybe the thermal paste was bad which can happen when your putting PC together for awhile.... But coming to find out the protective plastic on the water cooler was not removed causing it to overheat ... show more

  • Sounds like a box fan oh high speed sitting beside you.
This machine is loud. I can't understand why they would use the fan setup they did. The CPU cooler fans work fine. The 3 on the front and 1 in the back go full speed all the time. I have 8 gaming PCs and none of them come close to sounding like this. Most case fans can be controlled through the motherboard or controller board plugged into the motherboard, but not these. The fans and controller must be a kit. The controller plugs into the power supply, not the motherboard, and the fans all have plugs that fit the controller board, but will not plug into the motherboard. I used to build computers for 25 years and any more I just buy them put together. I contacted support and they asked me to send pictures of the BIOS and controller card so they could see what I had. Eventually they told me just to plug the fans into the motherboard. As I said earlier they will not plug into the motherboard and even if they did there is one plug left since the CPU cooler is plugged into one of the two. They make splitters for the system fan ports and other controller cards, but to fix this I would have to buy all new fans and a controller card or splitters to work with them. I told the person I worked with in support that there is no way anyone working there would want this thing sitting beside them while they play a game or work. I've built GPU open mining rigs that were quieter than this with GPU and cooling fans running full speed. Other than the loud noise the system is fine, but the noise is loud enough that I can't believe they would sell them like this. Customer support eventually acknowledged what I stated and my options were keep it or send it back. I shouldn't but I am keeping it and putting more money and time into it to make it right. ... show more

  • Fan issue and flakey support
The PC works but the fans blow at max speed and it's extremely noisy (like vacuum cleaner noisy) and there's no setting in bios, in the included software, or with the little remote to slow them down. I contacted support 6 times on the issue. They tried to help but couldn't figure it out. They eventually sent me a replacement controller which was even more broken than the current one. At least the current controller powers the fans, but the new one was dead on arrival and was open-box. I'm putting 2 stars because I had to keep contacting support after they promised a replacement and came to find out they never sent it the first time and failed the second time as well. I don't want to contact them any more. I'm going to have to buy all new fans and a controller since the fans they used are 8 pin proprietary garbage and the replacement controller I've purchased won't interface with them. ... show more
