This pc is lightning fast. Have not had any issues playing games at all. It did have one fan that would not spin. Thecwire was damaged from being pulled through the case. Was able ti solder the wire with shrink tube. Every works great now. I do wish it had more ram.

Honestly, when I bought this I was looking at the 1 and 2 star reviews and scaring myself. I figured if it's that bad I'll just return it no big deal. But it's been two weeks now and I'm amazed, for such a low price. Although I did swap the RAM from the stock 8GB to the XLR8 16GB 3600MHz but I intended to anyways.. not because the one that came was faulty or anything. In these two weeks I had tried many games in ultra settings like GTAV, Assetto Corsa, Euro and American Truck Simulator, BeamNG, and COD MW and all of them ran flawlessly at great FPS without any issues. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to get into gaming. I rated the tech support 5 stars but haven't really had a reason to contact them but I'm assuming they are amazing. ... show more

I have to say that so far I can't complain, running smooth and after throwing in some more ram sticks this baby is a sure thing! This is my second gaming pc system purchase from Skytech Gaming. I have been quite satisfied with my other system which was purchased a little over 2 years ago, and with the prices currently of GPU's and chips. I chose to go with Skytech this round as an option for a pre-build. I wanted a rig to replace a almost 10 yr old Dell XPS system which was clearly in need of retirement. Which would be primarily for home and multimedia work. And for the price of what GPU's and chips are currently going for individually, this is a good deal. Furthermore I also did not want to deal with all the mess of proprietary stuff from the hardware, software and bloatware companies like Dell, HP, etc do with their systems. The pros; - The price, I mean really. The price of the Nvidia 3050 alone is close to half the price of the system (as of writing this review) - I have not yet tried gaming on it, so far it has been as mentioned before for multimedia purposes. So Adobe programs such as photoshop, video editing have been working quite well with no lag issues. - Easy setup. (I am in no way a computer whiz to where I can build my own systems. But fairly competent to work on them and problem solve issues when they arise) Should be no issue for someone who has little experience, as long as you read the setup guide. - If you are thinking about it. It is Windows 11 capable. (I decided to go back to Windows 10 which it came pre-installed with originally and I won't go into why I disliked Windows 11. You can do your own research there) - Quiet, not heard any noisy fans that would scare the weak of heart Negatives - one star for the following reasons; - Coming with 8 gig of ram when most systems are coming with 16gb as standard. (Of course can be fixed with a minor upgrade RAM purchase) - I appreciate the CPU fan is a Coolermaster brand that was installed. What I don't like that I cannot change or turn off the RGB light on it, since it is plugged in directly into the motherboard. Versus being able to change the RGB lighting for the rest of the system. - XMP was not set on in the BIOs to take full use of the 3200Mhz speed of the ram (default was 2666) so bit of a miss on quality control check there. As for Skytechs tech support. I have not needed a reason to contact them. So I cannot speak on that behalf. But it is good to have that option available if needed. ... show more

This pc is great for the price. Obviously if your getting a gaming rig with a 3000 series gpu for a thousand dollars they cut corners somewhere. However I think they cut corners in all the right places with this one bc it comes out of the box ready to play anything you want. it's set up to be easily upgradable so when you need more add more basically. Could use a higher wattage psu, a better cpu cooler(or just a better cpu in general) and more ram but that's about it. You cannot do better than this at $999. I know because I spent months looking at different pre-builts. All cut corners, this one cuts the right corners. ... show more

Was sure if this system was going to live up to any reputation, but i was shot down, came with a single 8GB DINN< instead i installed 2 16GB DIMMS, the RTX3050 is more than adequate right now for what i game with eventually i will upgrade, but not till the video card prices come down from their ridiculous highs. also purchased a Corsair H100i liquid CPU cooler, and will install it once i have some time to take it apart. the current i5-10400 cpu is fast enough for me at this time, and was surporised by the Asus mobo Asus Prime-B560 A mobo trhe power supply is adequate enough right now as the 3050 doesn't need a strong power supply rto run. overall i give it a 9.4 out of 10. ... show more

Unfortunately life was in the way and I couldn't install immediately. If I could I would refund this terrible product. First the graphics card was busted upon arrival but me not knowing about computers I didn't know why my graphics card was flimsy until I took it to a repair shop. I would talk about gameplay but I can't play any game because the system crashes every 15 to 30 minutes almost on a timer it seems like, and it's a different issue everytime. Apparently installing windows 11 fixes everything but I can't do that and I've completely reset my system 3 times now. I've wasted 1000 dollars on this product and am unable to get a refund due to it sitting in storage for 3 months. Skytech is a horrible company and don't trust them with anything in the future ... show more

Ive had for 2 months now and am amazed how well put together it is, all components are brand new inside, all fans work and are NOT loud at all as some oe the posters say, i think its the different model , im using the one with the rtx 3090 ... Will try and give a good update around 6 months
