  • Everything works. Some pros, and some cons, overall good. Read below for details.
Pros: 1) The computer arrived 1 day early. 2) The computer works and is very powerful. Using it to train AI models. Trains roughly 10 times faster than my gtx1080--at least with my unoptimized code. For gaming, it can run cyberpunk 2077 at 1080p, with all settings on ultra--or psycho where available--with an average of around 60 fps. Observed fps range is 43 < fps < 80. So minimum 43 fps--which rarely happens and only lasts for at most 4 seconds. 3) It has a pretty case, and comes with a mouse and keyboard. 4) Seems to be a solid build. I don't hear any rattling or the likes during operation. Been using for a couple of weeks now. 6) The massive number of fans on the case actually comes in handy--rtx 3090 vram can get very hot, and the fans on the case help alot with keeping it cool. 7) After a few months of operation, everything is still running great. Solid construction, and the motherboard has given me no problems at all. asrock x570 phantom gaming 4. Gripes: 1) A wifi antenna was not provided. 2) The kit didn't come with any of the documents for the motherboard or any other system components--e.g. manuals that always come with mobos, psu, processors, etc. 3) The supplied mouse and keyboard are, at best, mid-grade quality--with respect to responsiveness and precision. They work, and look decent, but I can definitely feel a difference between the supplied keyboard and my corsair keyboard (same goes for supplied mouse compared to my steel series mouse). They do work at least. If you're not used to a good keyboard and mouse, you won't be able to tell the difference. ... show more

  • A review of CS Reps @ Skytech. (before receiving the item, will update once I receive)
So please note that this is a REVIEW of the item in question BEFORE receiving it. I will indeed update my review once the item comes. I have seen a few one-star reviews on this item that have frustrated me. Why? Because most of them are about the price of the item, about not getting what they paid for, etc. It's not this company's fault that those individuals didn't bother to research the item before purchasing it. The only reason I purchased this item via Amazon is because the shipping would have taken too long. Otherwise, I would have purchased it on there. I am sorry that others have not had good experience with this item or with this seller. However, I cannot say that I agree with what they've written. This is going to be my second system from Skytech, and I couldn't be more thrilled with FINALLY being able to purchase another. When I went through the *extreme* hassle of placing this order via Amazon, Skytech was *incredibly* empathetic and communicative (not sure why people say they aren't, I could literally show pages upon pages of emails from Skytech, and maybe I will) and not only assisted me in placing this order, but *also* helped expedite the order after Amazon refused to process my payment in a timely manner. Regarding this system, while it isn't the computer that I originally wanted to purchase (I wanted to go with a Mark IX, but it would not have arrived in time) it still is powerful enough to run the 50,000+ games that PC Game Benchmark lists as compatible with this item. Yes, I would have prefered to have an Intel processor, but the FPS of this system is not going to make *me* complain. If it meets the Recommended Reqs to play "AS: Valhalla", why should anyone be complaining? Granted, I am not a stupid man. I fully intend to compare the items in my system with the peripherals listed in the description of this computer on this website and most definitely will I provide the 'Cons' if I see any. But for now, I intend to ignore the negative reviews, remain thankful to Agent Elizabeth D. for her hard work, and remain optimistic. Word of advice: If a negative review only whines about the price and not about the actual item, don't let that dissuade you from purchasing this, if you truly have interest - they do have a refund policy. ... show more

  • Runs extremely hot like 90c mobo and could have to fine tune fans
I dislike the fact that you dont get any of the power supply cables for the fully modular power supply besides the basic ones the mother bord feels really low end for a $4600 usd computer the mother bord barly can keep safe temps due to the lack of cooling on the mobo its not a bad computer by any means but I really don't like that they don't supply the rest of the parts that should have been in the pc to make it have all components for future upgrades and improvements i would have built mine but parts are extremely expensive right now and a 3090 is hard to find a fair price on same for the ryzen 3950x I wish I would have been able to get all the cables and extra bay covers for the case as well as the stickers for the card and could but I guess its what it is ... show more

  • OVERPAYING MUCH?
Love when a product isn't on shelves for consumers, but these companies of questionable nature have a stock of these things.

  • Absolutely love it!
I absolutely love it! It is by far the fastest machine I've ever had. No matter what I throw at it, heavy video rendering or multiple 4K videos playing on multiple screens without a single glitch, it’s super impressive. Now, it’s true you don’t get the additional SATA cables or additional power supply cables, but that's really not a big deal. Those items are relatively inexpensive parts for those who would like to expand their system. For a pre-built machine with a warranty, I would say it's appropriately priced. You don't get a warranty with a personally built machine… So, it's worth it! I don't think you'll be disappointed. ... show more

  • better off building it
you could build this system for about 3,600-3,700. you could save around 5-4 hundred dollars if you build it on your own.
