Runs really good, I haven’t had a problem with it yet (knock on wood). It’s definitely very easy to set up, and light weight, I never really hear it when it’s on so it definitely isn’t loud. If you are old and play games you will be surprised to learn that the new game computers come with nothing now. NO dvd, or card readers. I am surprised. I really thought I would hate all the lights, but it is on the floor under my desk so more like mood lighting. I do like the colored key board but hate the wired mouse. The computer works great for my desktop gaming. I like that it is see thru so it is obvious when to clean. The directions say the antenna is for Bluetooth, but it should have said WIFI too. Really love that it is upgrade able. Microsoft is a dictator who wants access to everything with Win 11. I suggest you get Libre office if you don't wanna pay for Micro office 360 monthly. I tried installing my old Microsoft office, but Win 11 won't let me use it. While looking at this review I posted, the reviews window popped up. I read the 1 star reviews and all I can say is I have been using this computer 24/7 since I got it over a month ago and it works fine. Maybe they fixed all the problems since 2023. I also called tech support and they solved my wifi problem instantly. I don't do Bluetooth so I hadn't installed the antenna. ... show more

It ran for 30 mins and now won’t start back up, its been 6 hrs of working on this useless bucket of of bolts sold as a gaming pc. I cannot access my items and would like a refund or a replacement. F ing ridiculous company with worse pcs. Looks nice tho so I have a $700 paperweight now.
