The media could not be loaded. I was looking forward to this chair as I have been wanting one for a while. The directions are “ok” but the diagrams don’t really show details so you have to be intuitive when putting it together. It also looks like they may have been for a slightly different Adirondack chair. It comes with a small wrench and an allen wrench, but you will also need a Phillips screwdriver. The description says that it is solid wood, and if it is, it’s a very soft wood and it is on the lighter side. I am sure that it will not be able to keep it outside during the winter because of our snow accumulation, even if the snow melts quite quickly. It’s on the smaller side for this type of chair. I am 5’1” so it works well for me and is quite comfortable. If you’re a taller person, it may be small for you. While I do like the black color, it has some white stains from the foam that came with it. I’ve tried wiping it off but it doesn’t come off. All I can think of is that perhaps the paint was a little wet when it was packaged and the foam was placed with it. It also has a few nicks directly out of the box and that kind of surprised me. It does fold up quite nicely for storage. The drink holder has a small piece of wood, holding it up with two screws so If it gets bumped with a wrong move, it will get damaged and or completely broken. So if you’re wanting a chair that last a few seasons, and you don’t have to worry about rain and snow, this should work fine for you. If you’re looking for a quality Adirondack chair that will withstand the sun, rain, snow, and wind, and this is probably not the chair that you want to get. ... show more
