While everyone's taste may differ. I love the style of this PC. Bought it originally in the Summer of '22. Hundreds of hours have went into this thing so far. Ran over 150 hours of Baldurs Gate 3 at the highest setting levels, perfectly with no issue. With people not familiar with the game, it is one of the more stressful level games in terms of PC power consumption out there currently. I also am the primary host for all co-op games with a group of friends up to 4-6 people at a time, depending on the exact game. Ran plenty of mods and more. Unfortunately people who complain about this had what anyone can chance with a PC of being faulty out of the box. Plus this computer is super quiet. Highly recommend Skytech, my wife also owns a similar Skytech machine and seen friends with custom built machines have more trouble in the last two years than either of us have. Which I don't have the patience for custom building like I use too, thus why I purchased this originally when an upgrade was needed. ... show more

Been a great PC, had since 2021 or 2022. Is quiet, up to date on the hardware, and runs anything i need it to. I’ve bought two from Skytech and had to contact tech support with the first one and everything was solved easily within an hour, great customer support. Since purchase this is what i have in it: Battlefield 2042: 100 hours Battlefield V: 40 Hours DayZ: 270 hours The Finals: 200 Hours Horizon Zero Dawn: 20 hours Insurgency: 30 Hours Ready or Not: 61 hours Siege: 91 Hours Warframe: 800 hours Always get anywhere between 120-180 fps on the highest settings with the exception of something like Warframe which i can easily get almost 300 out of due to the age of the game. They say not to buy pre builds and it’s cheaper and easier to build your own and i really might one day, but for Now Skytech has made me a believer. ... show more

I have had to reach out to tech support. I am computer savvy, I am not a beginner, I am not a gamer, I did have a few major hiccups getting it going and had to restore it on day 2. You may as well get used to being forced to use spyware in order to control the internal lights. I simply leave them on the default setting, or you can open the case and change them EVERY TIME YOU REBOOT. You either use the junk software to run them or don't plan on them being the way you want them to. Power wise for what I need, it's plenty. But I can stall it out doing video editing on small projects. There were loose screws in the case. There were wires that needed to be tied off. It was a little sloppy. But overall, it's a good running machine. You will not be able to use just any new game on this unit, be sure you know what you need it for before you buy it. Tech support is great. I am worried about what happens when my warranty ends. ... show more

Ok this PC is great I build my own all the time I just rebuilt my other build so I have plenty of parts so of course I immediately slotted in my Zotac Gaming Amp Holo RTX 3070 Ti GPU and added 2 more TBs of Nvme PCIe 4.0 storage but other than that this baby runs like a champ for a pre built it was done the way I Build my PCs for people, cable management is 100% correct the case is in perfect condition nothing was loose the box didn't have not one dent or break in it and the Core i5-12600K is truly a BEAST of a cpu I compared it to my Core i7-10700KF and it runs circles around that cpu because I have plenty of TRUE STRESS BENCHMARKS for CPU testing and this CRUSHED in every aspect...if you have the money I'd suggest getting this desktop instead of the other 2 they have listed because it does come with an RTX 3060 Ti Gigabyte Eagle OC edition and that's a really good gpu which I will use in another build but the 32GB of DDR5 2x16GB ram is ridiculously fast along with the Storage it comes with is already super fast but yeah I bought this just to have as my main computer as I said I build and fix PCs so I have my other desktop connected to my TV in my basement but don't SKIMP OUT when it comes to PCs trust me especially a PSU aka power supply, also this comes with the Asus Prime Z690-P motherboard and its just elegant to even look at I mean check out the couple pictures I put up you'll see what I mean. ... show more

    • Terrible experience with computer and support.
The computer crashed/blue screened/restarted every ~30 minutes. It could restart up to 4 times before getting the whole way through to the desktop. I tried to reach out to Skytech support and received one response saying they could run some tests, but then they ghosted me. When it did run, the fans were very noisy (which I expected from other reviews). It was just adding the cherry on top of the other issues. I was lucky that Amazon accepted my return. Maybe this was just an oddball, but 0/10 wouldn't recommend. ... show more

    • Awesome Setup. Clean.
The product came well packaged and protected on the interior. The setup is simple and the computer boots very quickly after the initial setup. The noise of the fans is almost inaudible. Having to enter the Bios if you have never done so before could be confusing and maybe the company could provide more setup instructions for that instead of leaving it at "power on". There was a loose screw I found in the tower. After inspecting it, it was a screw holding the motherboard down. Once I found where the screw went I found it had been stripped. Oh well, hopefully the mobo holds with one less screw. There were not many corners cut in wire management. It would have been nice to have some sata cables that could reach the bottom of motherboard ports in order to add an HDD. My only real gripe is that the mobo can support a gen 4 SSD, but only a gen 3 was included with the purchase. ... show more
