I honestly just didn't have the energy to build a PC from scratch this time, so I grabbed this pre-built to save myself the headache. Visually, it looks really nice on the desk with the glass case and all the RGB lights. I don't like buttons at the bottom. I did notice a couple of things when I was setting it up, though. The graphics card inside seems to be a 'not the best' brand rather than a well-known one, which I wasn't expecting. The power cable it came with also felt pretty thin and flimsy compared to others I've used, so it definitely doesn't feel premium in every spot. When it was delivered, it came in perfect condition, super secure! That being said, I’ve been using it for five months now and it has run perfectly smooth and loads quick. It handles games without stuttering and hasn't given me a single issue since I plugged it in. If you want something that works right out of the box and can overlook a few budget parts inside, it gets the job done well. ... show more

Had the computer 2 weeks now so it's basically new. Giving a 3/5 rating because of two things. First, the power button on case is at the bottom which is painfully annoying. You have to bend all the way to the floor to turn it on. There is more than enough room for a power button on top of the case like the 2018 Ibuypower computer i bought 7 years ago but for some reason they put it in a most inconvenient place. Secondly, it takes FOREVER to boot up. I feel like I've gone backwards in time as opposed to getting newer technology. When you power it on all the fans spin loudly for 26 seconds then they calm down and you see the ASUS motherboard logo. Another 20 seconds or so till windows has booted up. It is significantly slower to boot up then my 7-year-old computer and feels like a step backwards. Also the tempered glass on the front of the case was slightly scratched. All in all not totally satisfied with this purchase. ... show more

I had no issues nothing that happened what the tempered glass came cracked but it was so tiny it’s just a cosmetic. But I love this pc I haven’t had any issues yet.

Excellent! Shipping times showed 7-14 days but it arrived in 5. Everything arrived in working condition, everything was connected properly. Came with all up to date drivers, runs GTA 5 on ultra settings at 140 fps, can run about any game out and coming out for a few years. Fans kept it very cool, haven’t had any problems out of it yet.
