This is the second gaming PC I've bought from SkyTech. The last one I had for almost 6 years with no technical issues other than that the hardware was getting a bit old. After running this one for two weeks, mostly used for gaming, it has had no issues. Runs cool, quiet, started up right away and had no issues since. Average of 80-100 fps on most modern games on high settings. The cables and components are neatly installed; didn't have to adjust anything after arriving. The only minor complaint I have is mostly due to that I'm spoiled with using custom CPU cooling systems. Most prebuilt PCs come with stock CPU cooling fans which are not the quietest on the market. The one on this PC is actually not bad, but it still can get a bit loud by my (high) standards after a few hours of intensive use. With regular use (browsing, streaming, low-demand games), it's actually pretty quiet. Other than that minor complaint, I've had only good experiences with products from this company, and I'd say it's entirely worth the price for the convenience of not having to search for all the right parts on your own. ... show more

    • Best PC I could Ask For!
To be honest, I got this as a major gift from my family. Not only am I a techie and a gamer, but I need a computer that can both play and make a wide variety of games at the same time (sorry Apple, I need more freedom and options). After an extensive and intense time for research, I was worried to get a PC off of the internet without seeing/testing it out in person. Once it came in, I set it up and began to use it. The ability to look through the glass and see the internal wiring, even at night thanks to the lights that comes on once it is powered, is a nice feature. The 1 TB memory on this PC is very nice. It is able to handle the gaming programs and games that are played on it. It is even able to handle the RAM taxing programs like Adobe or Unity without any issue. I will say that the limited amount of ports on is an inconvenience but can be worked around with a USB Hub. It is not absolutely quiet but the only sound that comes from it is a small fan and subtle hum upon start up and an increase to the hum when you really are using programs that test the brain of the PC. I am very happy with this PC and feel that it is worth the price when you don't have the know-how to make your own. ... show more

    • Great but...
Worked perfectly right out of the box, until the PSU died 3 days after setup. Ran every game I put through it perfectly at max settings, but once again integral parts failing after only 10ish hours of use is less than desirable.

I received this PC on November 21st 2021 and have been happy with its performance thus far. However, there was an issue with the PC I received. As shown in the included picture, the CPU cooler fan did not come attached or with any mounting hardware. I reached out to Skytech and they were very quick to respond to my questions. They said they would ship out fan brackets for me to mount the fan to the cooler. That was on November 23rd 2021. It has been nearly a month and nothing yet. They said they were in the process of picking the parts and shipping it when I followed up with them on December 10th 2021. No issues with my PC, but a quality control problem. Will update when I get the brackets I was promised so you can have a realistic idea on how long it takes. Update: They sent out a brand new CPU cooler and that arrived on 12/31/2021. ... show more

Connected pc to several monitors and it says no signal. Briefly worked so I could do updates. After updates the monitors says no input. Customer service didn’t answer during business hours. The automated message says to leave a message but then never gives you the opportunity to leave a message. Online tech support page no longer exists. ... show more

Tech specs are met, and I have an abundance of USB ports and display ports, regardless of the Amazon page putting them down. Best to check this out on Skytech's website if you're unsure. No regrets as of yet!
