This was a fantastic PC, when it was working. I had excellent experiences with it on and off... In the end though, I ran out of patience with all the persistent and headache-inducing boot problems this machine had. I bought this as a ready-built gaming PC to avoid the fuss of building, the worry of component compatibility, hardware issues, drivers etc... but in the 2 years I've had the machine, I have spent more time going through diagnostic after diagnostic trying to work out what is wrong with it than actually using it to play games. Today's blue screen and boot crash-loop after (what must be at least my fourth) complete windows re-install was the last straw for me. Moving on to an alternate pre-built PC. ... show more

    • It can handle gaming pretty well
This PC is pretty quiet can run Call of duty and Fortnite smoothly. I don't have any issues with the PC and for the price it's a good deal.

    • Nothing but trouble
When it worked, it was great! Started having trouble with black screen/freezing graphics that shut down the system within a couple weeks of setting it up. Unfortunately, it took a couple weeks in shipping so I was outside the 30 days return policy. Spent hours online and phone with Skytech Customer support. Once you get through, they are friendly and helpful, but the hold time is hours! First thought was RAM issue, they sent replacement (after I sent mine back). That didn’t help. Then thought graphic card, nope! Reset all components inside, nothing. Finally went from Windows 11 to Windows 10, and that helped for awhile. Now, 8 months after set-up…black screen! Think it’s a fluke? Nope. I bought two of the same systems at the same time, for two gamers. BOTH have had same issues and now I have $3,000+ worth of crap going to the trash dump! ... show more

    • Why I won't buy a used computer from Amazon again!
I hope this doesn't reflect on the manufacturer of the computer because they are great. Amazon should do better shipping their products. It came with broken and loose parts. Also, I have had constant issues using this refurbished computer. I don't know it they check for maleware, but something is off with this unit. It keeps crashing and freezing on me. ... show more

    • Does not run smoothly
For the system it is, it does not run smoothly. I have a game playing and when I minimize to do something the mouse even lags like it’s a computer from 1995. The computer I intended to replace it with runs smoother.

we got this computer broken in December and they took 3 months to help by having us ship it back to get it fixed and we got it back still broken. they were incredibly hard to get in contact with and just extremally unhelpful. in the small moments where the computer did work it was great but it overall sucked ... show more
