1-Star for now...Just wanted to get home and play on my new PC but now i gotta go through such a hassle to get it right - Update --------------------- I can't really blame the company/product for the faulty GPU since it could have possibly been due to Amazon or even UPS handling it incorrectly. The Skytech customer service is phenomenal. They were very quick to resolve my issue and guided me towards getting a replacement. I was lucky enough to live 2 cities away making the process quick. The product itself is great and living up to expectations. Was surprised to find that they gave me a PC with water cooling for the CPU instead of the Fans :) Besides that everything seems to be as described. If you plan on buying this, also consider an extra SSD or M2 drive since games are getting pretty hefty in size nowadays. ... show more

Sadly, I did need assistance when I got it out of the box. Everything seemed to work fine but after a day, I noticed in the lower right hand corner - it was displaying that my version of Windows was not registered. This does not ship with the code, it's supposed to ship already registered and the Windows key is supposed to be coded (somehow) onto the motherboard. So when I go through the steps to register, the registration key is pulled (I assume from the bios or cmos or something) and it goes smoothly. In the end, I had to be given a code. I was sad that after formatting and reinstalling windows, I lost the very awesome background and pre-loaded support applications that they include. However, I was able to go to the website (on the business card included with the computer) and resume the chat. I went with Chat since I work from home and I wasn't sure if I would get a call while I was in the middle of something. I've been in tech support from 1995 to 2017. I've supported people that wandered into a Wal-Mart and bought a pc to corporations to military contracts - this tech support was very good in my opinion. As fort he computer - it's NICE. Playing Elden Ring and Fallout 76 and I've installed the Amazon Prime video viewing app. The movies and shows are very crisp and thus far - no crashes, no timing out, no CPU lag. I gave the keyboard to a friend that wanted a backlit keyboard and I'm using an old Dell Alienware TactX Gaming Keyboard which requires 2 USB ports. This is a good buy. ... show more

I have heard all the horror stories about buying prebuilds. Did my research and decided to take the plunged on Skytech. I got the PC in Sept and its fast, runs cool, and a gaming beasts (3070 + 5600X) been extremely impressed with the build. But about a month after getting the build I noticed some weird crashes especially during gaming that progressively got worse and more frequent until after a crash loading back into windows would have green graphical artifacts on the screen.. If course I imagined the worse and not having a horrible return experience and not having a replacement card for 6 months... Boy was I wrong.... I called Skytech and they asked me a few questions and confirmed that it was a bad graphics card. They had me email my serial number for the PC and card, the next day I had a return shipping label to return the card. Once it arrived my replacement shipped about a day later. So overall I had my replacement 3070 in only 7 days!! The new card is a revision 2 and came with a 4 year warranty from the manufacturer. I highly recommend doing business with Skytech. These guys took care of me and stood behind their build! ... show more

So I bought this as my first desktop computer. Always have used a laptop which has ran good till keyboard drivers got corrupted. When I first got this it seemed a bit funky, microsft was completed disabled, microsft App Store was missing, stuff like windows security was missing items and couldn’t run. It just seemed a bit off. Talking to some friends who are a lot more tech savvy and looking into trying to find solutions whilst the computer was extremely slow and blue screened constantly. The Microsoft store was replaced with PC App Store which the overall consensus in almost everything I look into is it is a malware infested program that was causing the problems. That and the windows 11 key was deemed corrupted or stolen. After having to purchase a key for it and a disc to get it completely reinstalled for windows everything works relatively fine now, still a lot of blue screens however. I am most likely experiencing a one in the blue situation but as a student making this big of a purchase just seemed like I got a paperweight. ... show more

I love love love this PC. I got it in July and have played Minecraft (with and without mods), Sims 4, Resident Evil 2 remake, Magic the Gathering Arena, State of Decay 2 and many more. At this point I'm sure this PC can handle anything I have to throw at it and if it can't then I don't need to play it lol The only gripe...from what I can tell there is no integrated graphics card meaning that the topmost HDMI port is sort of useless and there is only one other HDMI port. If you want to use dual monitors, you will have to purchase a DP connector as well. I just discovered this problem a few days ago but after buying a DP to HDMI connector for 8 bux, it is no longer an issue. Very happy with this PC and highly recommend it! ... show more

I've owned this computer for about a month and a half, and this thing still works like a champ. One feature that I like is that there is a specific button on the pc itself to control the rgb, but that's a small feature. The package hooks you up with a decent processor, good storage with great expandability, and good ram from the get go. I went for the gtx 1060 super option for the graphics and things run at a smooth and constant 60fps on most of my benchmarks. Dont get me started on rendering times when using things like premier, this thing works like a dream. I would have opted for the rtx 3060 option tbh, but you know the market is today with bitcoin miners buying out all the good GPUs. As far a pre-builts go, this is good specs for value, and if you can opt for the better GPU options take advantage go for the 3060, you get good quality either way. ... show more
