Very minor issue: the unit arrived with a couple small, nearly imperceptible bends in one shelf. This "damage" did not adversely affected this item's structural integrity. My peeve is that when I contacted the manufacturer (as listed on the instructions), I was told, "Even though that's our product we didn't sell it. You need to address your concerns with Amazon." 😡 I placed the ever-so-slightly bent shelf on the bottom with the "damage" against the wall. Instructions esdy to follow. Looks great. Works great.     • Strong, large, well designed and just what I needed

I plodded through the construction of this large chrome shelf on wheels for hours. I wanted to do it properly from the start. It worked as expected and rolled just fine. I gave the assembly process three stars because when the individual shelves are installed, getting them level and properly anchored takes perseverance and must be done slowly. It all pays off in the end I must add here. I have special pliers with Teflon grips that keep the plastic cup from moving down the vertical when I hit the metal shelf with a rubber mallet. You should have appropriate tools if you want this assembly to go right. I love this shelving very much, and this is my second purchase from this supplier for a smaller shelf. ... show more

These shelves went together super easy ( did them myself - small woman- even though it recommends two people). They are big - I ordered the 18” deep by 4’ wide by 82” tall ( including casters). Offers lots of storage space! They are sturdy and perfect to hold large plastic bins of fabric. You can put the shelves where you want them to customize for your needs. The product arrived earlier than expected. It was easy to assemble, pretty sturdy and a fare price. I am using it without the wheels but saving them in case I have a need to switch it up in the future. I was planning on ordering a few more because they are great for storage. This came in a good time frame. It was well packaged so the parts didn't get banged up until I got my clumsy hands on it. Props to the the manufacturer for some of the best, wire shelf packaging I've seen. These shelves feel lightweight but, once assembled, have some oomph in them. They can hold some weight. I can move the shelf easily, assembled or unassembled. I found this easier to assemble them some reviewers let on. I started with the bottom post sections and got 2 shelves set before I added the top post sections and shelves. This was a little taller than I wanted for the space but adjustable shelving is adjustable for a reason. This is my plant shelf because the lighting and heat where I live stinks. This replaced a smaller, similar shelf. I now can keep my plant hoarde and supplies in one place. I will eventually get a humidifier that fits nicely on it and try to work a shower curtain into a "greenhouse" to protect my orchids from the variable, indoor temps. (We lost power for 3 hours last night because of snow.) The posts come in two pieces, clearly marked top and bottom. There are adjustable feet on the bottom pieces. Top pieces have a nice cap to make them look finished. Posts are marked with one inch increments. The black, plastic, shelf "stops" will click into the ridges and they send you an extra set. The price, with shipping, was half the price of what I can find at my local stores. For me, this was the right shelf at the right price. My plants have more room to grow and I finally have them all away from the low light, cold windows. ... show more
