*UPDATE* I dig this computer's vibe. That's why I'm happy to report many of the issues listed below - I have solved. I mean.. it was a very annoying process (hence the 4/5 stars) but after some workarounds, this computer is running strong. I just had to add a logitech USB bluetooth receiver, and a USB auxiliary wifi antenna. Also important --- find/run drivers for these devices haaa... Glad I'm hanging on to this computers. Thing's cool. I wanted so badly to love this PC. I did tireless research and this seemed to be the best purchase. I was entranced by the shiny aesthetics out of the box and was excited to get up and running with this rig. But after 2 weeks of use, I can say that this setup if practically garbage. USB connections fail often. This means that keyboard and mouse will disconnect on an average of 45 minutes. But bluetooth?! Haha this paperweight doesn't come equipped with that basic technology. Nevertheless, I plugged in my own bluetooth receiver and had... glitchy results. Having to shut my mouse on and off over and over. Then there's the wifi connectivity. Holy shidd, this thing sucks. Lowest bars ever. Constantly dropped internet feed and 10 feet from an high-end router. How is this possible?! The most basic of system requirements!!! Really sucks realizing I bought a dud. I actully bought this for a friend and did get to play on while setting it up with games and stress test it. The computer does come with a very good motherboard that can be upgraded very easiely. This computer is great for anyone wanting to buy a simple budget computer. I know I've read comments about people saying parts of the computer were not attacted or connected. As will any thing of this nature. Take a few minutes and check over everything on the computer. I do this for any maker. If something doesn't seem right or doesn't look right. Contact the maker. If your wondering what I look for or do. I'll list it below. I do suggest wearing non-latex gloves while doing this or have very clean hands. 1. Check the outside case for any damage or possible missing pieces. 2. Then remove both side of the case. Once removed, I check for damages, wires or components are connected or being partially connected or not connected at all, and removal of any packing matteral. 3. Put sides back on the computer. 4. Then, if everything looks okay, hook up everything and boot up the computer. See instructions for more detail. Its that simple. Pros Motherboard makes upgrading a option. RGB coloring isn't bad. You could run liquid cooling by replacing the front fans or putting it on top depend on the unit. Cons CPU fan can get a little loud while under load. Playing with it before going out and buying a aftermarket fan. Over all, I would buy this computer for any family member that is justed gaming. Enjoy and game on! ... show more

This unit runs smooth. But I could not access all the ports behind computer because the motherboard was not made for the cover plate on the back. Only 2 usb ports work and keyboard does not work consistently. After requesting a refund through Amazon, they put in a request with this company and no one ever responded. I even sent a request for a tech support request. My return time has now past and I can't return this piece of crap. Don't waste your money or time. ... show more

    • Using for day trading
This platform is great for day trading. I use two different trading platforms and pull alerts and news from 4 or 5 different source simultaneously. When I was trading live on my HP Pavilion 15z-ec200 gaming laptop...it did the job except when it came to the start of the trading day and end where the most activity occurs. I had to invest in something beefier and it was definitely worth it. The only downside is you are limited to 3 screens with the current onboard and external graphics card. I can't really speak to gaming but having a rig like this makes me want to get back into pc gaming!! ... show more

We bought this for school applications that you can’t run on an iPad. I also use it to organize recipes, pictures, ect. It is always very responsive and easily operated. As far as for gaming I’m unsure.

    • Poor quality, faulty wiring, LED lights do not work, Skytech will not replace it. Stay away!
I bought the Skytech Blaze II gaming computer for my son. When we powered on the computer and set everything up, the LED lights in the case did not work. I contacted tech support and they had me open the case and trace the wires. I come to find out the wiring was defective based on the diagnosis. So I wanted to return this product and Skytech informed me that I could not return it for an exchange, even thought I just bought it a few days ago. I spent over $1000 on this machine and find out the workmanship is poor, this product was never tested. So I went ahead then and requested a full refund from Amazon. I do not recommend this computer or this company, it’s a cheaply made product. My son is very upset. ... show more
