After researching for awhile I decided on the Blaze 2 from skytech. I was pleased with the speed of delivery; one week instead of two. The computer came in very safe packaging. Its case design and placement of interior hardware was sharp looking. The keyboard and mouse are nice. After setting up, I turned the computer on and it worked; LED lights came on, fans ran, bios booted up, and I setup to the desktop. I walked away to let it run for three hours. I came back, shutdown, and installed my gaming hard drives. I turned the computer on with complete confidence. To my total surprize, the Blaze 2 did not respond. The keyboard and mouse lit up though. I checked all the necessaries and tried again with the same consequence. I went to skytech web site and attempted to phone them, but a message on their site stated to use the live chat function, which runs on California time. I used their technical support and followed the procedures that I felt comfortable doing. None of my attempts were successful in powering the computer back on. On Monday I activated their live chat and waited an hour. I chatted with someone and decided to send computer back for repairs. I received a free shipping label, and sent it back. It has been one week since skytech received the return. I decided to check up on the progress, and activated the live chat again, and waited an hour and a half, but I did chat with someone. Their response; Due to COVID-19 they are short handed and it will take 3-4 weeks before the computer will ship back to me. I am not unhappy. I am curious to see how this plays out. update 6/6: it has been almost a two weeks now since I sent the computer back. I still don't have the computer. Update 6/10: After a few customer service chats, I received my computer. It was shipped ultra-safe, surrounded by thick foam packing in an over sized box. I plugged my hard drives in, which the inside is tight, got to be creative there, and turned the power on. The pc booted up and has run for the past 17 hours with zero problems. I have to say that I am very pleased. Also, I know that sometimes products come in damaged or non-functioning and it is not the fault of the seller. Shipping is brutal, and can dislodge hardware. That's a fact. The sign of an excellent company is one that takes the product back, fixes the defect, and pays for shipping both ways, with no hassles. All around good job Skytech! This is my first gaming PC and I'm so glad that I chose this one! It looks really nice and it runs great! SSD space wasn't what I needed, but it was super easy for me to just install a 2tb hard drive in it. Graphics card is a bit dated at this point, but it's something that you should know when you buy it. Which I did. But I have full intention to update it once it becomes an issue for me. Still, despite that, I'm able to run a lot of games at max settings. Even The Medium, which, graphically, I should be able to play, runs so smoothly and so nice. It looks good, too! I also play a lot of Monster Hunter at near max and the Resident Evil remakes are pretty close to maxing out, too. Overall, I'm really liking it! Only issue that I've noticed is that the back fan hasn't been working, but overheating hasn't been an issue, despite that. I've been meaning to see if it's plugged in right, but I haven't. So it's most likely that, but, if not, I did buy a warranty just to play it safe and I suggest that you do the same if you purchase this product. Also: I didn't see it on the listing anywhere, but it does come with a keyboard and mouse. Which I ended up not using because I assumed it didn't have a keyboard and mouse with it and bought some that I liked a little bit better. But they're still pretty solid and I gave them to my sister to do schoolwork and they're working well for her. EDIT: I fixed the fan problem! The extra cord was actually to plug the fan in to a bigger motherboard than the one that come with this computer. However, my friend did take the other side off and found that there's a Switch that turns the fan on and off. Somehow, it had gotten turned off. So if that's a problem for anyone else, that might fix it! Now it runs even cooler! ... show more

I'm in love. Put simply, this is just an all around great computer at a great price. It looks great, it performs great, and their customer service is great. I bought this computer back in April 2020 when everyone was stuck inside due to a global pandemic running rampant across our country and I needed something to help keep my sanity. I'm no big PC gamer, in fact, before this computer I never really gamed on a PC at all. Given that my gaming level is what can only be described as "filthy casual", I wanted a mid-level gaming system. It needed to perform well, but it didn't need to be top tier. The Blaze II fit the bill perfectly at exactly the right price point. Just about every component can be described as a great mid-level component. Having played 83 hours of Borderlands 3 and 113 hours of No Man's Sky since I got it, I can tell you that it feels like it punches above its weight class. But what do I know? I'm only a Slightly-Less-Filthy Casual. Only around 200 hours? That's barely over a week's worth of gaming in 22 weeks time. git gud This build fit the bill so well, I canceled my order for the Blaze I *as it was in route to my house* and purchased the Blaze II. Sure, that meant I had to turn around and ship the Blaze I back after it arrived and sure, that confused the shipping system and sure, well after it had been returned Amazon still thought it hadn't been and sure, SkyTech didn't have the appropriate Amazon alert saying a product was being returned. But one call to SkyTech's customer support and a UPS number that confirmed delivery to "Will" at the loading docks, and I was good to go. Update, I've had the pc for nearly a month now and this is what happened. I still haven't been able to get a hold of support with my USB ports not working but it is minor. The PC not working was my fault since I didn't realize that I flipped the I/O switch in the back. The PC still runs seamlessly. I am able to play games like Borderlands 3, Soul Calibur 6 and other intensive games with a bit of ease. My wifi is still wonky. However, luckily I had a spare wifi dongle to make due with so no big deal. So long story short this is my experience. As of this review, I had the desktop for only 2 days, however there were a ton of issues. Right out of the gate, the wifi did not work and I was basically forced to use ethernet, which normally I'd look past but I heavily rely on wifi since I am unable to be in the same room as the router. Secondly, at least 2 of the USB ports were inoperable. Not the biggest gripe but it is what is. I was able to play Soul Calibur 6 which played seamlessly, however, that was only for a few hours worth of testing. There were frame drops here and there but I ignored it. ... show more

I waited a month to make this review so I can see how it performs and it doesn't disappoint. Dispite what people say about prebuilts being more expensive then building bla, bla, bla, this is one of the best prebuilt pc on Amazon. I shipped the day I order it and would have got here in less than a week if not for forth of July and no deliverys on Sunday. I brought the upgraded version that came with 16gb of ram, ryzen 2600, and a nvidia gtx 1660 super and it runs almost all triple a titles on MAX setting at over 100 fps. Storage is low so I brought a 1tb external hard drive which was perfect. The tower has 8 USB ports on the back and 3 on the front. The fans are rgb and the power supply is also rgb. The pc is upgrade friendly if you want a better graphics card on the future, more storage , or a better power supply. The fan are surprisingly pretty good even though they are pretty cheap. It turned on instantly with no problem and the system reads all the specs correctly. I didn't receive a 10 gift card thing you get of you leave a review and the keyboard and mouse I received were not the rgb skytech gaming they usually give but that okay since I already brought a keyboard and mouse since the ones that come with a prebuilt are trash. Cable management was pretty good except near the right of the power supply. It come with a wifi antenna but I recommend always using wired connection. It also come with a manual for the motherboard so you can easily get to the bios and know how to get max performance out of your brand new pc. Overall I highly recommend the pc for streaming, gaming, and more. UPDATE - year anniversary was today for the pc and it’s still working fine the only thing I need to do is give it a good dusting. ... show more

First review: 2 of the RGB lights did not work out of the box. Call customer support and got a recording to leave a message "MAILBOX IS FULL GOODBYE!" happens every time we called them. The website is not very helpful with the RGB lights but they do not take from the actual build of the computer. UPDATE!!!! The video card fan broke but I contacted the seller through amazon email. I returned the card to them and within 10 days they send me an even better graphics card than the one that broke. I would do business with them again. 6 MONTH Update!!! I have had this build for over 6 months now. I have bought 2 more builds from skytech. I did buy a larger hard drive, and the graphics card is wonderful!! This is on the lower end of their selection of gaming PCs so you get what you pay for. I bought my husband Legacy 3.0 directly from their website and my son a Chronos. I love them all!! ... show more

When I was thinking of buying this PC, I compared it to many others on the amazon market to see which has the best price/performance ratio within my budget, and this one definitely was a hit. So I ordered it for a price far less than it is currently, and was concerned when I saw it temporarily put off the marketplace to which I sent a message to the seller clarifying if I'd get the product I bought since it was no longer available, and they responded extremely quick to let me know not to worry that I'd get it as it was advertised and I did. Haven't had a seller respond that quick to a concern. Shipping wise, it was estimated to arrive about a week/week and a half out from my purchase date, but it arrived within 5-6 days from the purchase. As for the technical side of things, I have thrown every game I could at max settings at this beast and it performs well on them for what I need it to. Dark souls 3? Above 60fps on Max MHW Iceborne? Despite that game being extremely unoptimized, this beast runs it above 60 fps on the highest settings. Witcher 3? Ultra all day, baby. Above 60 fps on ultra despite that game also being extremely unoptimized. Cooling wise, the PC keeps everything below 80 C on a hotter day, and the peak I hit when streaming MHW:I on max was 72 C on a hot day. These are fairly normal temps, but should one want better thermal overhead, there's products that you can apply in the case to replace the wraith cooler should you need to (though be warned that this would void your warranty probably.) I'm not too concerned with this all because it performs as it needs to. The PC comes with an install of Windows 10 Home that is already activated for you so no worries about having to search for a key or anything, and it comes with an application (or shortcut) that allows you to contact Skytech's Tech Support should you need to at any point for questions. The average time to boot up is ~10-25s from what I've got installed now. Would recommend this PC definitely for the price I bought it at (849.99$) and just at all really, since it blasted my build I made of the same parts that would have cost me 150$ more on component price and tax. ... show more

Got it and it works great no problems that I can see yet.. it runs all of my games on high or even ultra settings.. I play fortnite,apex, borderlands 3, gta online, etc.... only thing is the memory on this isn't a lot so be prepared to buy another hard drive or do like I did and use an external which is super easy to do.. overall tho this computer is great..!!!
