I've had this machine for 3 weeks now and I'm very pleased with it. It came packaged well, no dents or scratches, and worked beautifully right out of the box. I've had no issues running any game. I'm a pretty light gamer, I just don't have the time to invest in playing games all the time, but when I do play I want everything running smoothly. My laptop just wasn't doing the trick. I guess this machine would be considered an entry level gaming rig, but I can't see myself needing anything more powerful. I did look at a couple of other machines that had higher specs, but I settled on the Blaze II because I didn't really need anything more than what's offered here. I thought the mouse and keyboard that came with it would be mostly throw away stuff, not decent quality, but I was wrong. They are not top of the line input devices, but they are pretty darn good and I'm actually using them. I read most of the reviews here before buying this and I remember something about there being no onboard bluetooth, so I bought a bluetooth dongle along with it. That little bit of info is wrong. This machine DOES have bluetooth and it works beautifully. No disconnects, no lag. The thing that surprised me the most though is how quiet it is. It has a very low, nearly inaudible hum. I listen to music most of the time while I'm using the computer and I can't hear the machine at all. Right this second as I type this review it's running, there's no music playing, and it's just a very low hum of the fans I hear. To be expected I guess but most definitely not even approaching loud. I waited a few weeks before reviewing to make sure I can give an accurate review, and honestly to look for flaws. I'm happy to say I've found none. ... show more

    • Gorgeous PC That Runs Games Beautifully!!
The media could not be loaded. I haven't owned a desktop in about a decade but this tax season I decided it was time to upgrade from gaming laptop to gaming desktop, and I'm so glad I did! Not only is this a beautiful machine, but the games run beautifully on it! And it was so super easy to set up and get started (I'm the least tech savvy millennial ever). It has the same processor as my laptop but runs everything so much more smoothly and in much, much better quality (not to mention way quicker!)Not only that though, but my streams have gone up in quality too! They were running at 480p on laptop and they're now up to 720p!! This PC is the absolute best way to get the most bang for your buck, especially if you're on a budget like I was. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. Admittedly there was a slight issue with my Windows 10 activation key being "non-genuine". But the customer service team at SkyTech had it resolved in literally 5 minutes. They were super polite and super helpful. The only minor (emphasis on MINOR) set back is that the fans are a little on the loud side. Not very noticeable overall, but can be picked up by the mic at times, so just something to keep in mind if you stream (like myself).     • This started poorly, but now everything seems to be on track...
I purchased this computer for my son. We have had it about a week, and was really problematic. There was an issue that caused the computer to spontaneously and sporadically shut down. This happened daily without warning. I contacted Amazon support and they tried to connect me to the manufacturer support, but they did not respond. The Amazon support person really struggled with his communication skills. So, I was originally not a happy customer. However, the manufacturer customer support got in touch with me and scheduled a tech support call. The tech support person called me on time and worked for about an hour installing drivers and checking the GPU and CPU. He is even sending out a new RAM stick just I case it is an undiagnosed memory issue. This guy rescued my satisfaction with the computer. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to work through things with me. So, now I am quite satisfied. I will post an update in a few days. Update 4/7/22 - We did the RAM addition, not replacement, because they ended up giving us the additional RAM stick. Everything has worked well. My son is happy, so this has turned out to be a really good purchase. We are very satisfied. ... show more

    • Bought 3 times and it dies after 2 months
I've purchased this computer 3 times now. The first 2 times it came it was dead on arrival. The 3rd time it finally worked and everything was good out of box. 2 months later it just randomly restarts with no warning, no bsod, and without completely turning off (lights in tower stay on but mouse/keyboard LEDs go off and monitor acts how it would during restart). I've tried swapping power supply with my old one to see if it's the cause of the issue and with no luck. Still does the same thing. I've disconnected and reconnected everything while also looking for any deformations on the motherboard and couldn't find any. I've made a ticket email to their support team and hopefully they get back to me. I still think the motherboard is the issue and untill skygaming attempt to help me smoothly resolve this issue then I will leave review as is. You'd save money, a headache, and time just putting in a little effort building a computer from scratch. UPDATE: so since I've received the new computer it's been going strong for almost 2 years now and I'm actually quite satisfied with it. ... show more
