This pc is exactly what i was looking for. I was hesitant to buy a pre-built gaming pc, but with everything I wanted in one package it was cheaper than buying the parts separately. All I had to do was install the wifi antennas, connect the keyboard and mouse and plug it in. The packaging was great. The only complaint I really had was it was delivered in the retail box with pictures of what was inside. It is a small wonder that I was at home when it arrived. It could have sat on my front porch for 8 hours inviting someone to check it out. Overboxing would be a great option for future buyers so at least not to advertise the contents. anyway, it has a pretty decent frame rate even with my 50" tv as a monitor at around 60fps. It will be even better once I get a proper gaming monitor. The RGB color system adds some cool effects as well and can be tweaked to your liking. It is surprisingly quiet as well. I am very happy with this PC on arrival it was in excellent condition due to all the packaging to keep the parts from moving around. Mine came with an Asrock B550-C motherboard and an MSI Geforce 4060 Ventus. The only part I changed since games these days have been asking for it is the Ram. I switched out the two Ram cards to Corsairs Vengence 32gbs a total of 64gbs. Games like Enshrouded, Palworld, Ark Survival Ascended run at or above 60fps on Max settings. This is a major upgrade from my Nvidia Geforce 1060 pc. I highly recommend this PC. I didnt need to use tech support but I have heard they are very helpful so ill give it 5 stars across the board. ... show more

So first I order it and it didn’t take to long to get to me. But when I was setting it up it failed on me and it kept restarting over and over again. so I called customer service and they said that all they can do is send me a hard drive so I returned it. I’ve been waiting for my return for a month now. And it keeps saying that it’s having issues giving me my refund. All I wanted was to get something that just works. ... show more

It works fine. Seems to handle gaming, and or multiple applications open at once. I use a triple monitor setup and it supports that which was NOT clear from the description. Cons: It is very loud when under high load. One of the key features I was looking for was low noise. It's not quite as loud as the Alienware I had previously, but saying something isn't quite as loud as a small jet engine is not necessarily a compliment. Also, minor concern, the gaming keyboard has individually lit keys. After less than a month at least 4 of the lights are failing. Not exactly worth doing a return over, but its a little disappointing. Overall I would recommend if these issue do not concern you but I can't give it 5 stars. ... show more
