We bought this for our mom who plays adventure games and such, nothing too graphics intensive. It was well packaged for shipping, no loose parts or any parts that came off. Set up was a breeze and everything booted up with no issues. Downloaded the latest graphics drivers which is not an issue as it is easy to do.     • TI've had problems with the bluetooth, usb ports and the video card.
I bought a new JBL bluetooth headset to go with this PC. From the start i got audio dropouts while watching videos or listening to music. I tested the headset with my phone and they worked fine, so i tested the PC with 2 other headsets that worked on other devices and got dropouts on them also. The bluetooth on this PC is far less than satisfactory and i have had to switch to a wired headset. The USB is extremely slow to start up when accessing an external device like an SSD. It works ok after the start up. The graphics card is unstable at times and flashes strange video patterns on the screen. If i had to do it over again i would not buy this computer.     • It's the graphics card?
This my first computer in years that has an AMD graphics card. There have been some issues with the monitor going black while the computer remains on. Also, scrolling issues on web pages and in games. Then. one weekend, some strange flickers, screen going black, idle, on a web page..the computer became unstable for 2 days in a row. The second day, I had a crash warning from the AMD card! After the AMD crash warning and whatever happened with the reporting of it, the computer has acted fine. I have not pushed it with the latest games. When I play one of the few games I have on this, a red box appears saying it is shutting down a bunch of AMD apps. ... show more
