I have the neck one & it works great so I thought I would give the back massager a try. It works equally as well, releaving back tightness. The instructions talked about a remote (that comes separately) to control the functions, but when I tried to Google it, I found nothing. I would prefer a remote over having to install yet another app on my phone.

I was skeptical at first but I'm glad I was wrong. This belt it amazing. When my lower back starts acting up, I just throw this belt on and within 20 mins my back is feeling better. I like wearing it while I hang on my inversion table. Best thing ever.

It requires app to remote, and the app is only available in China's App Store. Luckily I got an Chinese account and downloaded it, then it requires to register first before use, it requires Chinese phone number to receive a OTP, I borrowed one from my friend who's currently in China and logged in, then I was trying to connect through Bluetooth to use the remote, the model shows up W9 as described, once you click to pair, it says W9 is not a supported model, I browsed the support model list, it only has Chinese model up to G7 and I looked it up it's the exact same thing but the app just refused it. Its just wasting ur money and time, i don't know if they will figure it out in the future but for now DON'T BUY!!!

Works really well. Battery lasts a decent number of days even when used daily. App is so easy to use. And it’s so convenient to be able to move around while wearing it.

I able to download and connect to the waist massager easily. I didn't like that as soon as you power it on the timer starts and there is no way to stop or pause it on the app without powering it down. I was able to wear this comfortably without it getting in the way while I did household chores.

I bought this for my mother who is 85. I was skeptical about it being easy to use and whether or not it would make any difference. She loves it! She says it is way better than a heating pad. If momma’s happy EVERYONE is happy!
