    • Hard to work without app or remote
So don't even try to download the app from the QR code on the box, because it takes you to a website to download an app in Mandarin. Unless you can read Mandarin, the app is useless, and my phone flagged it for security reasons. I had to do some research on my own, go to the brand website (not on amazon) and find that the app from the QR code is NOT the app to use for this. The App is called "Future Wear" and can be downloaded from the google App Store. After having to do all that, it had trouble registering the device. By that point I was frustrated and just gave up. All the controls for the back massager are on the inside, where it's against your back. It does not come with a remote, so unless you do some digging like I did, you'll have a hard time using it. For the listing price, I don't find that it's worth that much. I personally wouldn't spent that amount of money on this, especially when the qr code makes you download a weird app and you have to buy a remote separate to actually work it without taking it off, hitting buttons, and securing it around your waist again. It just seems like way too much work for something like this. ... show more

    • Great Product, terrible instructions
This "waist massager" (really, a lower back massager" is very well made. The straps are wide and easy to use, and can accommodate a wide variety of waist sizes. The massager itself has reasonably strong vibration motors, but they are nothing close to a massage gun level of strength. I can definitely feel the heat concentrated in the center of the massage belt. My main complaint is that the instructions are meager at best. They refer you to a QR code, which takes you to a Chinese website where the video is in Mandarin and all the documentation is in Chinese. If this company wants to target a US audience, they will have to hire a translator and update their website/video! Other than the lack of documentation, this massager was OK for me. It does what it says it does, but it's not powerful enough for me personally. If you like light massage and find that it helps you, then this might be the product for you. For me, I prefer shiatsu/deep tissue massage for my back and this product doesn't fit my needs. ... show more

    • Great Massaging Experience
First, don't follow the QR on the box. If you look here at the listing, it shows that the app you want is called Future Wear. Search that in your app store, and you will find it. The app works perfectly with the belt, connecting immediately without any issues. Once you have the belt connected to the app you will see that there are a ton of options for different vibration, heat, and pulse combinations. I really like that there are premade patterns and combinations to choose from, or you can create your own. I only used the pulse feature on level 1 because I am really sensitive to electrical pulses, but it does go up to level 9 for those who are more tolerant. Also, the heat settings respond almost immediately, and you can feel the difference between the three settings very clearly. I again only used it on the lowest setting because that was plenty warm for me. I did try the other two settings on the heat though. The vibration settings have three intensities, and for those, I liked the highest setting. My only real complaint about this belt is that the actual belt part, which consists of two straps that connect to the sides of the unit, is not big enough for someone my size. I am a plus-sized person, and I could barely connect the belt, but once I sat down, it was very uncomfortable. So I have to use the belt while sitting so the backrest of my seat can hold the belt against my body. Still, I recommend this unit for sure. ... show more

This back (and lower abdomen) massager works very effectively. The red light therapy provides soothing and oenetraring heat that works well into the skin tissue while the massaging contact points vibrate to help loosen and tax your muscles, and the additional of the small adjustable electrical pulses work beautifully to stimulate the muscles and really work out kinks. As someone with chronic back pain, this device has now become a daily driver for me, it's that good! My wife uses it for cramps and says it works well for that too. The app operates very smoothly with no bugs and is available in the app store easily. Multiple settings for each feature, you can find your exact settings to suit your needs, and just relax. Having it be wireless enables you to still go about your day during use which was likely my favorite part as I wasn't tethered to an outlet. It's very comfortable to use, and I appreciated the USB-C charging port just like my phones use, rather than the micro USB port on cheaper devices. I can use the charger and cord I alwmrwady have (though it does come with one in the box). Very nice quality, very effective, worth the money, and absolutely strongly recommended! ... show more

This SKG back massager is nice – hardware wise. The cloth belts detach easily from the electronic part and are very easy to adjust and use. The vibrations are very good and the heat is the best I've used. The problem is the instructions say to download the MKG Health app from your phone's App Store. There is a MKG app on the iOS App Store but after going through all the necessary steps (creating an account, verifying your email, setting up a user name and password, entering in your age, weight, etc) it tells you that the app is not compatible with this MKG massage belt. There is a QR cope on the box so I scanned that with my phone and it took me to a Chinese website. I clicked on what looked like a button to download the app and I got a message that said the the app was not available for my country (US). Not acceptable for the price that is being asked for this device. ... show more
