My wife has MS, when I put this together she drove it for about two hours. She loves it, she loves not having to pedal. I put it together in an hour and 10 minutes, I had to consult the instructions a couple of times but other wise it was pretty intuitive. A couple notes; I put the basket on wrong, I couldn't tell from the picture which way it went and nothing in the instruction explained the straight side was the back. The other note is, I almost pinched the wire when unfolding the front from the back, but noticed it before any damage, might be something in the instructions if I would have read them :( Only drawback so far is the speed, it has a walk mode but you have to keep your thumb on the button. A big reason I bought this for her is so she could go on walks with the grandkids, now she has to regulate with the throttle, not a deal breaker at all, but the walk mode is nice. I have the speed set to the lowest setting and it's plenty fast, our driveway is a half mile of dirt so it might be different if we find some tar. We drove it for a couple hours, we've got a couple hills, the driveway had a few soft spots, we're in spring breakup here, and she did some woods riding. After all that, the battery meter went down two spots on a ten spot scale. This is with no pedaling, and a couple hills. One hill is pretty steep, I didn't attempt it on my practice run, I didn't think it would make it. I was a little nervous when I saw my wife go that way, but the trike cruised right up no problem. I just received mine and took it out for a test ride and right away I noticed The stability was way off. I’m a confident rider. I’ve owned 4 two wheel E bikes and I felt unsafe on this trike. I kept feeling like I was gonna tip over and when I’m peddling, the back of my feet are hitting the basket. & the back fenders are very low & to close to the tires. ... show more

Received a trike packaging with solid directions were easy to follow. Just remember on your basket installations don’t tighten any bolts till you get them all in took it out two days 5 miles trip on roads takes a little getting used to. It’s not like a bicycle. I found my comfort zone was around 10 miles an hour. It handled all bumps very good. You gotta be careful on slopes that you take them head on all in all so far I have to get a five star will update when I take it to the woods. ... show more

Fenders dont fit right on back wheels. No matter how you put them on, they were not sitting right. Low on one side to the point of almost touching the tire and to high on the other end. I switched them around and it's just as bad. Other then that the bike is great. Not happy with the fenders at all.
