Came way before expected delivery, and both boxes(the wood frame in one, heater in the other) came at the same time. Directions are very straightforward. Unboxing was easy. All parts labeled well. But do yourself a favor, use a power drill to screw in the screws, just make sure you go slower. Also needed plyers to get the pegs for the shelf's in. I did it myself(a woman who's only 'handy' experience is building furniture like this😂) in about 2 hours. ... show more

Multi colored lights, nice to put china in. On off heat setting is nice, but may pull more wattage than ckt can accommodate. Have 65in tv on top, has separate built in outlet on top. Fire place is shipped separately. Looks good ..price is nice Not to difficult to put together. Sturdy...glass shelves
