Just got the chance to unbox and assemble the tricycle today. On the first ride, never exit the garage door. Error Code 10 & 11 flash on the display and won’t go away. I’m looking forward to returning it, cuz the seller never answer for 2 weeks now. Terrible customer service. Will update

I received my trike yesterday. The package was not damaged, but there were issues when I started to put it together the front fender was dented and one of the brackets were bent. Myself and son put it together in about an hour and didn't have to look at the directions. If you have ever put a bike together it is straight forward. The seat had a bolt that was stripped and you cant tighten the backrest. After we put everything but the fenders and baskets we wanted to take it for a test ride where we found out the rear wheel was bent(bummer). Other than that the trike rode as expected. Out of the box it does 13 mph not the 20 they claim. Since I did not read the directions/ owners manual I did not realize you have to change a setting in the computer to go faster, but 13 is fast enough for me. I did reach out the the company about my issues so we will see how fast they get back with me. If they are good and quick I will adjust the rating accordingly. UPDATE 9/29 I sent an email and photos of my issues. That night I received an email saying they are immediately sending replacements of what I was asking. The customer service was outstanding and they were very compassionate. When the parts come in and are good I will update rating to 5 Stars. ... show more

I am still learning about this. I had a bike shop assemble it and set it up. The one thing I will say. It pedals well even with a knee replacement. I have to reprogram the electronics (one of my employees while trying to get it to go full throttle factory reset it). The electronic set up instructions are very busy and they should be streamed lined. I like the fact I am able to remove the battery. I think it would be a good mod for the seat to flip up to do that. It does go fast. I am installing lights that I like from my rental trikes. I like the baskets. The trike seems sturdy. I know the bike show owner had several of his customers ask about this trike. ... show more

The hydraulic disc brakes are a standout feature.They engage smoothly and provide strong, confident stopping power, even going downhill with a load. Feels much safer than cheaper brakes I've used.
