The bike actually has the power to pull around a 340 pounds 6 foot three now with power despair. It does advertise 38 mph I believe, but it only topped out at 19. It’s got the power to go past that for sure easy but it’s just limited to 19 and I’m dealing with the seller trying to find out why. The bike is not meant to be an off-road bike as it’s heavy. . The bike is not meant to be a off-road bike as it’s heavy but for a street bike or a light duty off-road bike it would be a great addition. ... show more

Skeri not only makes an excellent product but they provide the customer service and after sales support you hope to get anytime you have to contact a company's customer service department. THE E-BIKE: This thing is a tank! It feels like you are riding Batmans Bat-Bike from The Dark Knight. Powers up any slope as if you were on flat ground. It is truly thrilling to ride. I've maxed out at about 30mph (not 38 as it say in the description) but that's fast enough for me. I rode it for a solid 45 minutes going through very undulated trails using mostly battery power (very little pedaling) and didn't lose a single battery bar so it seems like the battery capacity is pretty fantastic. Headlight is very bright for night riding. Seat is more comfortable than most stock bike seats. The big tires really grab the ground regardless of what surface you are riding on and also add some shock absorption. I'm 6'2" and this bike fits me perfect. I could see it being a bit too big for anyone under about 5'10". While the bike is heavy, the weight feels well distributed and low enough to not feel like you are going to tip over when stopped or moving slowly. In fact the weight seems to play a big role in how this bike grabs the ground allowing it to easily power through rough and steep terrain. Overall, I absolutely love it. Not only do I not have buyers remorse but I have buyers vindication (I know I bought the right e-bike). THE COMPANY: I am very pleased with the after-sales support I received from this manufacturer. They have earned a loyal customer and an advocate for their brand. I had one small issue and they corrected it within 3 days. More importantly, they corrected it without a fight. I told them what the issue was, they said 'OK, we'll fix that' and then they immediately fixed it. It was the type of interaction that you want anytime you have to deal with a customer service department. In one word: ideal. If you are hesitant about this bike or company... DON'T BE. ... show more

i like it but the capping out at 19 is very underwhelming but besides that its fun i put it on some trails and they handle them flawlessly my phone did fall out the holder a couple times though and i would also like to know what version had the phone charger with it cause i would much appreciate that as well i can ride it for what seems like forever with no issues at all. Has a very good batter life i went across my town and back like 3 times with it only losing 3% battery life. it does make it up hills easily as well just wish it was faster definitely worth my money. ... show more

Assembling this e-bike was fairly straightforward, and it delivers a satisfying speed even without adjusting the settings. As someone who hadn’t ridden a bike in 20 years, it’s made cycling fun again! The only slight challenges are swinging my leg over the bar and getting used to the seat, but that’s just part of getting back into riding. The saddlebags are a practical size—I easily fit a first aid kit and other essentials. So far, it’s been a great investment for exercise. I’ve already put 20 miles on it in just two days! Since I work four 10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday, I plan to ride mainly on Fridays through Sundays. Next up: getting a ramp rack combo for my Escape so I can take it to mountain trails. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for fun and solid exercise—this bike feels built to last. Happy trails! ... show more
