I've made several purchases of these in various sizes. They may be expensive but they are worth every penny. Airtight, watertight seal, keeps food fresher for longer than any other container I've ever used. Good in the microwave (but not the lid), plus they stay clear after many trips through the dishwasher. Only caveat (which is pretty obvious) is that you have to put the tops on in the one direction (of two) that allows the locks to seal properly. Otherwise the locks have nothing to grab onto. Seller very easy to work with. Replaced first unit that would not open. This size is great for a large handful of carrots or celery for work. I recommend the taller container if you need enough for a family or a salad.
