The media could not be loaded. I will say this item shipped faster than the time given. I opened this item the day before my daughter’s birthday to have it charged and ready for her to try. Upon opening and attempting to power the device on nothing happened. I plugged it in for about 30 minutes then tried again and nothing. I left it plugged in overnight and in the morning tried it again. Nothing. My daughter had to open a gift that was trash! She was so heartbroken and I of course was very disappointed and upset. We got this for Christmas for our daughter and she can’t get enough of this Hoverboard. It holds charge for a long time and it’s easy to use. I wish it had better instructions on how to put it together but we made it work. This thing is fast and made of durable material .

Purchased 2 of these for my niece and nephew for Christmas. They LOVE them! The kids were up on them and cruising around the house moments after opening (and charging). Seem to be very durable and worthy of cruising up and down the sidewalks. Glad I did my research and picked these.
