I ordered 2 of these for Xmas and only 1 was holding a battery charge. At first I was disappointed but then before I returned or exchanged I followed the directions to recalibrate AND IT WORKED!! So happy.. this is what I did… Turn off, plug it in, sit on it, turn it on while plugged in, make sure it’s on even ground, then I pulled the handles up and down, then turned it off again and then it charged for a little bit and it was working again!!     • Had it for a day and had to send it back since it stopped working.
Got this for my daughter for Christmas since she wanted one. It worked on Christmas Day when she tested out in the house. Next day, she tried riding it and one side kept beeping and started to go forward on its own. I said maybe it needed to be charged. Same issue happened again. Did all the trouble shooting and still nothing worked. When I brought it to a UPS, they told me I had to pay for shipping, total came out to $50 even though it was approved. We got this for Christmas for our daughter and she can’t get enough of this Hoverboard. It holds charge for a long time and it’s easy to use. I wish it had better instructions on how to put it together but we made it work. This thing is fast and made of durable material .

Purchased 2 of these for my niece and nephew for Christmas. They LOVE them! The kids were up on them and cruising around the house moments after opening (and charging). Seem to be very durable and worthy of cruising up and down the sidewalks. Glad I did my research and picked these.

The hoverboard only holds a charge for about 3 hours, but works great when charged. The hand grips on the seat came off almost immediately, but is still usable.
