Impressive build quality
Color: H2-Black
The build quality of this thing is impressive.. The battery life is outstanding. I have a lot of experience withh LiPo batteries flying remote control aircraft, and have learned first-hand the importance of battery care. Here is how to care for the LiPo batteries in this scooter: 1. Never charge a hot battery. Allow it to cool before recharging. Some chargers delay charging automatically until the battery cools, but I don't know if this one does. Assume it does not. Charging a hot battery causes battery chemistry breakdown. Once is all it takes. 2. Do not continue to use after the battery light comes on. Over discharging a battery will cause battery chemistry breakdown (the battery will swell). When this happens, it will perform poorly and it will become unsafe and at risk of fire while charging. 3. Do not store the unit for long periods of time (beyond a few days) with a full charge or in a depleted state. Half-way is ideal. Follow these rules, and I expect it'll last years. ... show more

I read every single review b4 purchase; here’s mine
Color: H2-Black
Christmas present for my 8 yr old, I read just about all the reviews before purchase, so I knew what to look for regarding every part of it.. iv had it for about 3 months so far & I have no complaints, the battery lasts about 2 hours outside considering it’s not being rode for the entire 2 hours straight. Since it’s cold outside my son rides it inside & battery lasts days.. lights are great & Bluetooth hooks up to his phone works great. I didn’t plan on anybody else using it because I didn’t want too much weight on it but my husband being 6 foot almost 200lbs can ride it with no problems.. also we bought the attachment for sitting on & riding, that is awesome, it makes the hover go wayyyyy faster, only downside is the attachment kills the battery, you get about 30 minutes total on the attachment. But still super fun. I would recommend this, & the go cart attachment, great present for a kid. I wouldn’t worry about the battery not lasting a crazy amount of time, the kids will really enjoy the time they get, & learn to charge it & take care of it. Ours never sits without a full charge & we use it until it completely dies, turn it off & let it complete charge, ... show more

Total Waste of Money - Avoid this Faulty Hoverboard!
Color: H1-White

I recently purchased the SISIGAD Hoverboard for my kids, and I must say, it has been an absolute disappointment from the moment I laid my hands on it. This so-called "hoverboard" is nothing more than a poorly designed, overpriced piece of junk. I feel compelled to warn others about the sheer disappointment and frustration this product has caused me. First and foremost, the most glaring issue with this hoverboard is its faulty battery. Right out of the box, the battery life was abysmal, barely lasting for a few seconds or minutes before needing to be recharged. I can't stress enough how infuriating it is to have a hoverboard that can't even provide a decent riding experience due to its subpar battery life. It's like they didn't even bother testing the product before releasing it to the market. Speaking of testing, it's evident that the creators of this hoverboard didn't bother with proper quality assurance. The whole design feels flimsy and cheap. I found myself questioning the stability of the board every time I tried to ride it. It wobbles and shakes, making me fear for my kids safety. Furthermore, the overall construction of the hoverboard leaves much to be desired. It feels like a haphazardly assembled mishmash of components, and I wouldn't be surprised if it falls apart after just a few uses. The manufacturer clearly cut corners to save costs, but they didn't seem to care about providing a reliable and durable product to their customers. The lack of attention to detail is appalling. The user manual that comes with the hoverboard is laughably vague and barely offers any useful information. It's almost as if they assumed every user would be an expert in hoverboard technology, which is simply not the case. Troubleshooting and rebalancing the hoverboard does not work, and that it is how the Seller "Lemongreen" directs users to troubleshoot problems before returning. All in all, I regret wasting my hard-earned money on this disaster of a hoverboard. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing the SISIGAD Hoverboard to think twice and look for a more reputable and well-established brand. Save yourself the frustration and potential danger of dealing with a faulty product, and avoid this hoverboard at all costs. Trust me; you'll thank me later. ... show more

Solid Hoverboard Choice I recently got the SISIGAD hoverboard and it's a good buy. The design is sleek, and it rides smoothly. Safety features like the lights and anti-slip pads are practical. It's beginner-friendly, and experienced riders will find it enjoyable too. Overall, it's a practical and functional choice without any fuss. ... show more

Fun product & excellent customer service!
Color: H2-Black
We ordered two of these for our 8 and 5 year old children. I'm amazed how quickly they learned to use these! Much quicker than me ;) The devices seem to work well, hold battery charge (we only charge over night and try to run them until they're dead before re-charging). The bluetooth feature is fun too! We did have one issue with one of the devices. It unexpectedly turned off while my 8 year old was riding it causing her to take a hard fall since the wheels unlock and it becomes completely unstable. I contacted the seller (lemongreen) and they got back to me right away. They recommended resetting (re-balancing) which we did and had no further issues, but they suggested returning for a full refund instead. I thought this was a very generous offer since I was outside of the return window even though the device had only been in use for a few days (bought several months before as a birthday gift). They promptly sent me a return label and initiated the refund as soon as the tracking indicated the package had been picked up. I believe others have reported terrible customer service with this seller, but my experience was the complete opposite. They were so easy to work with and responded very quickly!! ... show more

Great fun!
Color: H2-Black
Battery lasts about 3 hours of normal use. Only nuisance is the speed cap. Bluetooth speaker is alright, though rarely actually used. Lights are ok, wish I could turn them off. Other than that, this is a good hoverboard for a reasonable price.
