Bought the Scooter this past November for 13 y.o. Son, and it just died this Summer. I contacted Sisigad and they sent a new controller replacement for FREE, even though it was out of warranty. The scooter runs like a champ again, and we would definitely buy from this company again.

Don't buy this scooter. I bought mine and the controller failed within six months, they sent me the replacement and it failed again, now it tells me that I should buy the controller. The scooter only has 56 miles of use.

Unfortunately, my scooter just glitched on me today, And due to past reviews on this scooter I definitely waited a little longer than normal to make a review on this scooter To be sure, it was good quality. It has lasted me a long time glad I bought this scooter very affordable. Working with customer service to get a new controller for the glitch that has happened with the scooter. But have had this scooter for about 2 months. It has taken me about 200miles great buy, I use it to get to and from the store due to my car being down. I just want it working again so let's go warranty I need this scooter back up amd going, I'll write an update if it's resolved pretty quick ... show more

I don’t really see any problem to the scooter, works pretty good, it has a good range and a good speed, the brakes they really work pretty good, I mean it’s very comfortable to drive. The battery it’s great, I’ve driving for 5-8 miles and in top speed (13-15 mph) and didn’t have issues. Easy installation and charging time it’s like 8hrs but meh, I leave it all night, and I don’t ride to far to waste all the battery in one trip. ... show more

I received the scooter in early June and here it is not even 2 moths later, and it will not power on. I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone on this to see if there is a fix. I only had until July 3rd to return it and it wasn't even a thought until it quit powering on. Now it seems I am stuck with a scooter that doesn't work. ... show more

This is a nice product. It Nice and sturdy. The only two downsides for me was. When I first got it, I charge it and couldn't figure out why it would not turn on. I still had the charger plugged in. You have to unplug the charger for it to turn on. It's very sturdy, making it almost too heavy to carry for a long time. ... show more

9 months later into the Purchase: This thing ROCKS! I put in 936 miles into it. It's literally my way of going from point a to point b. It's survived the winter storm, slight rain, it even got hit by a car and it still operates like it did the first day. It averages at 19-21 mph on a smooth road - downhill 23 mph. It's a bit dinged up, brakes so far is still good, I've only had to inflate the front tire once, idk what the back wheel is made out if but its still operational, the screws slighty loosen from wear and tear, so tighten it up from time to time. Still, this was an awesome purchase! I had to remove the the horned logo because I'ma Christian ✝️, plus I anointed it with oil. But man, is this thing holding up against the elements.
