Up to 630watts is bs it's not even a good 500w motor. Won't go over 17 unless downhill max is 18. Won't link to the app. It's very well built but very weak. Not working rth the money . Acts like a 250. Handle bars have the brakes set above your wrist level. Very terrible setup. Not happy with my purchase . Looking to return it. Update a month later . It now goes 16 mph tops and power button is faulting. Very weak . Nothing but hot garbage. Going to definitely return this po's. Another update. 11-16. Stopped working completely. Total trash product. Do not buy this product

Has been a week and so far it's great. I am impressed with this scooter. It is easy to drive, has a long battery life, and is stable. I like that it has suspension. I am 6ft tall and it provides a comfortable handlebar design that makes me feel comfortable. It is suitable for tall riders. In addition, I have encountered an unexpected situation during long-term use, that is, the scooter occasionally drops to 12mph, which was confusing at first. Later I found that it was related to the settings. It has 3-speed modes. Only when it is set to H gear, it can reach a speed of about 19mph. In low speed mode, it is only 4-5mph. However, it provides convenience for family members who need low speed mode, such as children or beginners. Suitable for users who pursue high performance and comfort.

For under $350, this is a great scooter. I liked the price, overall quality, large 10" tires, smooth ride, and dual front and rear suspension. Reduced bumps on rough roads. It was easy to assemble and came fast. Had a little trouble with the installation, 2 screws were missing. Contacted customer service through the order and they resent me the parts kit, along with installation instructions. Great customer service.

This electric scooter performs well. While the top speed is less than 19 mph, it can reach 17-18 mph on a flat road with my 160 lb weight. The tester in the description weighs 145 lbs. Note that it has a 3 speed function that has to be set to H gear to reach that speed. Double click the power button to adjust. If you're a beginner, it's recommended to get used to it from the L gear first, and you can use the M gear on a daily basis. I find this speed perfectly adequate and safe to control. In addition, the dual suspension system greatly improves riding comfort and avoids the bumpy feeling that comes with scooter handbars. This is the main reason why I chose it.

I'm 215, 5'8 and holds up pretty great. For me 15 mph was fast enough. 1st time riding e scooter and it's really easy & fun to use. Came half charged, took about 120 mins to get full charge. Looks sturdy and great quality.

I started riding this scooter to my work place, about 4km away from home. It takes about 8-9 minutes by car, and now it takes 12-14 minutes by this little scooter. Of course, I love going out for riding it for several miles on paved trails on every weekends. App is fine, we used a few times. I do not bother using the app any more as the manual control is convenient enough. Saves gas and most of all it is FUN. I only use it on sunny days though as water may be acting negatively to this electric scooter on rainny days. 2 weeks into and so far two thumbs up!
