Busy bike is everything advertised and more very impressed with the build quality there's not a cheap part on it. I would however highly suggest that you use loctite when putting it together. Despite some of the reviews regarding customer service and for I found exactly the opposite to be true. When contacting them regarding a question they were more than helpful. I think what poor reviews came from was people wanting to return the bike because they did not know how to operate it and upset because the seller did not want to pay to ship it well of course they don't they shipped it once already and paid the price for that they don't want to ship pay the shipping to return it. I would highly recommend this bike to anybody looking for a quality e-bike at a budget friendly price ... show more

I’ve seen my fair share of e bikes but none as versatile and rugged like this one. I love that the frame is rectangular steel so it’s very durable. Given that ,it is a little heavy when trying to assemble yourself. The 48v motor is a HUGE improvement over the 36v e bike I had prior. I went with the dual battery version because having a secondary backup cell is just better imo. As far as the battery life goes it’s perfect. Just remember to always charge them fully before using it. Another thing I do really love is the wheels themselves. No spokes to break if you hit a bump really hard. Not to mention I’m a big dude pushing 290lb and it has no problems whatsoever going up hills as well as off-roading. And I mean OFF-ROADING. My friend has one as well with a trailer. We put this bike to the real test by putting myself himself and one other person all three of us on to the bike and trailer adding up to roughly 8-900lb. To my surprise it had no problems at all. It not only preformed however it surpassed my expectations by hauling everything with immense strength. But unfortunately there are little critiques I have with it. The handle bars could be a tad bit higher ,seat could be slightly more comfortable, the left hand thumb throttle could be slightly more ergonomic to create less fatigue when riding long distances. All of these things being said I think it’s definitely worth the buy. No you won’t go 60mph on it. It’s not a dirt bike or four wheeler so going in deep water or mud probably isn’t the smartest idea if you want the bike to last for a long time. ... show more

Once I got past my assembly issues I found this bike a lot of fun to ride. it's got great acceleration which took some getting used to. It would be nice if there were turn signals on the front but that may be too much to ask at this price point. Previously in Amazon reviews: Poorly made with clearly visible manufacturing defect, unable to seat battery for system check I grant no stars to this manufacturer. [amended to 4] *EDIT* That said I was able to loosen the battery socket and adjust it, solving the problem. My concern that the wiring itself may have been compromised was unfounded. there was the issue of loctite used on installed screws, specifically where front fender attaches to top of fork. I wrecked it on attempting removal. jerry rigged with wire ties for adequate installation. Assembly overall was problematic. This is the 3rd ebike I have assembled from the box and the most difficult. the nuts and bolts were undesignated and left to guesswork & tools supplied almost adequate. there's a mystery click area of the crank. I hope it's not a "HUFFY" type lubrication fail. ... show more

Arrived when they said it would. Have to put the front end on the bike, chain guard, pedals, fender, forks & handle bars, head light, seat frame & seat. Had really good instructions wasn’t hard at all, even comes with its own bag of tools. Changed the battery and this bike is fun, full throttle 💨

Not what I expected. No side view mirrors, no had throttles just a stupid hard plastic one. No break fluid is used. Once breaks go out u have to manually change them and there is no instructions on how to do it just like no instructions on what the grey buttons do. My sone says it rides well but the get up and go almost tossed him of the bike. The assembly wasn't to bad except the last two screws refused to lock in. Son says it's stable. I have a stiff leg so the pedals get in the way for me. ... show more

I use it to drive to work every day and there and back is about 12 miles. I feel like I could probably go like 36 miles and the battery would give up but that's only using acceleration and not pedal assist on Class 3. I had to look up how to unlock class 3 and it does go 28mph and wont let you go any faster. Pedal assists and everything feels fine. Make sure to have a friend to help.. the assembly it was not fun and took me a few hours. Really solid bike would recommend for a budget electric bike. ... show more
