These are cheap and thin, they do not really last long but that is perfectly fine bc they do exactly what is intended. I wear them in my work boots (on top of the boot insoles) and they give that little extra cushion that prevents my feet from getting sore after a day/week of work. Again they don't last forever but for the price of 3 pair and if they last a total of maybe 1.5 to 2 years that's great. May 2023 edit: seem to last about 3-4 months for everyday use in work boots so 3 pair may get me a year or so. Totally worth it for me. 2025 edit: Now I've been placing them UNDER my boot insole and they last even longer bc they don't see as much friction there.

I was happy to see the product fits so well and is easy to make work in any size shoe. They are very comfortable and allows your foot to breath which is great for the warm summer days. I would have gave then a 5 star but I do feel that the quality/durability is not the best. They will make it one summer but will need to replace them next year.

If you need more a single layer shoe “liner” vs double padding this works. Cutting and inserting this into my shoes—not sure how they will hold up as they are already showing wear and tear just from bending into shoe. See images. No more simple or difficult cutting to fit/sizing than any other pad. Relatively inexpensive, however will see how they hold up…

I wanted some thick insoles for a pair of shoes that are little big. These ones are on the thinner side, but they are actually really good for layering underneath some other thin arch support insoles to create the desired thickness. Maybe layering two could do the trick too. They have a rubbery bottom and seem to stay in place. Also, it’s nice that they come in a few different colors because they would be convenient if you’re the type of person to have two pairs of the same shoes and wear them on alternate days. That way I can see which is which based on the color. I used the other two for that purpose. Also the vintage colors are nice. For under ten dollars they will do just fine.

I tried these insoles in a few different pairs of shoes, hoping the perforated, double-layer design would add noticeable comfort. Unfortunately, they fell short almost immediately. Despite being marketed as soft and cushioned, they feel thin and lack the support needed for everyday wear, especially if you’re on your feet for extended periods. The sizing range is another problem. Even within the stated shoe sizes, the fit feels off. The insoles either shift slightly inside the shoe or bunch near the toe area, which quickly becomes distracting and uncomfortable while walking. Trimming them doesn’t fully solve the issue because the shape itself isn’t well contoured. Breathability is also less impressive than expected. While there are perforations, they don’t make a meaningful difference in airflow, and my feet felt just as warm as they do with standard flat inserts. After limited use, the latex foam began to compress, reducing the already minimal cushioning. Overall, these inserts don’t deliver on comfort, support, or durability. For basic shoes or short-term wear, they might be tolerable, but for daily use, work, or extended periods of standing, they simply don’t perform well enough to recommend.

I ordered these innersole for expensive shoes that last Along time but the lining in the shoes go bad. These where easy to cut to size for most any shoes size. I wear a 6 1/2 to 7 narrow.
