So I took a leap of faith and got this pouch because it looked similar to one by another brand I got about ten years ago. The reason it's a hidden gem is it does indeed fit 9mm/.40/.357 Sig magazines quite well. But the elastic on the side of the pouch makes it function as a taco pouch, so it also seats 5.7x28 magazines that are slightly wider very comfortably even though it doesn't advertise it. In my last photo I stuffed a PSA 5.7 Rock magazine in it. It fits snug, but is very easy to take in and out. I'm absolutely happy with my purchase. These double mag pouches are really tough and well made. I was able to fit my SA semi-auto mags for both 9 mm and .45 cal in them, and they held very securely. Removing the mags from the pouches was smooth and easy. Each front flap comes with two strong snaps, one for shorter mags and the other for longer ones. The belt loops are secured to the belt using good quality Velcro and a snap at the end. If you are looking for high quality mag pouches which hold magazines very securely and allow you to access them quickly then these will do the job over and over again. This mag pouch is functional and allows for longer mags. The fit and finish is noticeably sloppy as my pouch is slightly crooked because it wasn't stitched carefully. The snaps are decent, but their retention is a bit weak for any rugged field use. This pouch would benefit from stronger snaps and quality control. ... show more
