I am very impressed with this box of thread. It’s high-quality quality, very strong and you can find Either a perfectly matching color or one that’s close enough to be able to use for practically anything. Very happy with my purchase. The only critique I have is that there is no slit in the plastic to attach the end of the thread once you’re done using. But that’s a super easy fix by simply taking a sharp knife and creating your own little slit into the plastic.

I really love this thread and, most importantly, so does my machine. After we got past human error (it does help to thread the machine correctly), it stitched my designs smoothly. No shredding, no breaking, just smooth sailing. I actually felt like I could get up and do other things in the sewing room while my embroidery stitched out. And the colors are beautiful. I really like how the colors pop on the rainbows (see pic). And now I wish I'd purchased the 63 colors instead of the 40. Perhaps Simthread can come up with a 23 pack of the other colors for folks like me to purchase. And the price is so good. I wish I hadn't waited so long to try these.

I am so happy I decided to try this thread after debating if it was worth the money. My brother machine PE800 is very picky when it comes down to the thread. 3 brands of other companies I try and unfortunately all snap like a cheap fishing line causing my machine to stop numerous times and ruin projects. Not this thread my machine ran so smooth no jumping no thread fuzz and no tangles. The thread is very strong, colors are brilliant and the box comes with bobbins, 3 spool net as an added bonus. I am so happy with this product that I decided to buy another one. This time I order 63 colors. I Can't wait to receive my box. I will keep the seller as one of my favorite for future purchases.

The luster and color of this embroidery thread is lovely. Fine design details came out nice and crisp no thinning on lines. Excellent flow from spool to needle on my machine , absolutely no breakage or fraying. 70 spools with excellent variety of colors. Set came with spool Nets a selection of bobbin spools that were empty and some filled.. Shipping box is sturdy enough for storage but I prefer to rebox in plastic boxes with multi dividers which I label with color numbers . I highly recommend this product and will order again when I need more of these colors.

I've been using Simthread for embroidery for a number of years. It always works well on both my Baby Lock and Brother machines; very few breaks, vibrant colors, good quality. As mentioned in a different review, some spools are wound "backward" but I don't use the machine's thread mount so this does not cause any problems for my stitching. Great price for a great product and quick shipping.

Updated review: It turns out a temperamental machine is an issue and not this thread. I wanted to come back and update my review for this product. This is not the best thread that I have used but it is a great starter thread for new embroiderers. The colors are beautiful and vibrant. I am not sure how well they wash as I haven't made anything for myself that needed to be washed yet. The problem turned out the be tension on this thread. For the PE800 the tension needs to be at 0 in order to keep this thread from nesting. I hope this helps someone else who is having trouble with the thread. Original review: This thread will not work properly in the Brother PE800. Keeps jamming up the machine and causing tons of frustration. Save your money and spend the extra for Brother thread. I now have a huge box of worthless thread. Didnt try it until it was too late to return.

This thread came in it's own box, and with it was a card with Brother thread color's, and some extra bobbin's. This thread work's wonderfully in my Brother SE625 machine. I needed to use the little attachment though, that came with my Brother machine to hold this secure, so it didn't wobble around. But that wasn't a problem. I love the color's and have had no trouble with breaking. I will buy again, and I give 5 star's. I believe it was worth it for what I got, and recommend it to anyone that uses a Brother sewing/embroidery machine.
