I love simthread, received a box of white bobbins earlier this week and there were no issues with it. Today I received the black bobbins, case is broken (top will not stay on) about 1/2 of the bobbins were partially unwound. I can wind them or even cut that thread off but there isn't anything I can do about the case. It would be great if I could get an empty case to put them in. I don't know if it was the packaging or not, the case was in a padded envelope. It looks like a box that someone ordered and returned?? ... show more
