Needed a large ottoman with sturdy storage. This was perfect. I didn’t realize the inside hardware is cushioned so it doesn’t break the lid, SO nice. The bottom pieces look modern, big enough for all of us to use yet not too chunky. Would recommend.

I was looking for a storage bench so my pups and kitten could look out the window. This was the perfect size and matches my new sectional. I can't speak to the durability of the fabric yet but it seems adequate and the legs are sturdy and each attaches with 2 bolts. The only issue was when I opened the box, all the bolts and washers were rolling around, some in the box, others inside the storage area, most of which were inside the lining. I found a small rip in the front side lining. I had to shake the bench around to get the washers and bolts to the hole so I could fish them out. It was a minor inconvenience and I was able to locate all 8 bolts and 7 of the washers. The legs went on smoothly. The lid came preattached and the hinges all are in line and work correctly, holding the lid open as they should. The color was exactly what i needed, a brown/taupe grey. After unpacking and assembling the legs, I attempted to open the lid to put a blanket inside only to find that the screws were not connected to the lid. I tried to screw the screws back in, but they spun around as the screw plate is on fabric and not in anything solid. There is a hole inside the storage area and the wood part was scratched. This is a great ottoman that serves as a coffee table, footstool, and storage. Unfortunately, we haven’t put anything in ours because the smell in the ottoman is quite awful. I’m hoping after a couple of years away from where it was sitting the smell will eventually go away. Did you all catch what I said about “a couple of years?” The smell is that bad.
