Fantastic product. I have a lot of experience with clogged toilets, sadly they are a regular occurrence wherever I "go". Sometimes a regular plunger works, and when that fails the extra large "accordion" style plungers usually do the job. But sometimes even they fail, as was the case today. 20 minutes plunging with the accordion did nothing, after which I tried a metal "snake" device which I drove all the way in and spun and wiggled, all to no avail, followed by more useless plunging. So I ordered this device, express delivery. One blast with this thing and problem solved, toilet instantly unclogged! I am so happy to have this device in my arsenal! I also love how it easily disassembles down to very manageable dimensions for storage, and comes with a storage bag and different attachments for other drains (sink, bathtub, etc) although my use case will be 99.9% for the toilet. Still, it worked so well maybe I'll try it on a slow moving sink drain some time. I've only owned this for 1 day so I can't speak to its longevity, only to its effectiveness and to my exteme joy at having it. It also feels like a high quality product: parts feel sturdy and fit solidly together. Probably my biggest concern would be the rechargeable battery. Only time will tell about its durability, so I'll update this review if anything fails in the next year, but so far this purchase has been great, and has already paid for itself on day one since my only other recourse would have been to call a plumber.

I purchased this not sure how good it would work. I had occasion to use it today and have to say it worked great. I first used the manual plunger but after several minutes of plunging nothing happened. So I decided to use the Populo. I inserted it all the way in like the instruction said and turned on the unit. When the meter showed it was fully loaded, I pressed the trigger and viola, the stoppage was gone. I liked the fact that it came in a kit with everything you need. A bag, gloves, charger, and various nozzles. It was easy to assemble the plunger. The water pressure was high enough to clear the stoppage. I didn't get any backsplash so it was a clean operation. The build quality of the unit is very good - sturdy and should last many years. It's nice to know that I have the ability to clear any stoppage without having to call a plumber. Well worth the money and definitely recommend the unit.

Works great! This is so much more pleasant to use, and so much more efficient, than plunging away with an old fashioned toilet plunger. Turn it on, and in 30 seconds it is ready to go. Stick the end into the toilet bowl, making sure of a snug fit and pull the trigger. Voila! No fuss, no mess. Toilet is cleared and flushes clean and fresh. Totally recommend this. Easy to assemble and use, and comes in a handy zippered bag for clean storage. Great product.

Wow! So I spent a day plus on a toilet clog with failures after repeated plunging and then trying several times after doing the dish soap and hot water repeatedly and the baking soda and vinegar. And plunge plunge plunge and nothing! I didn’t know if I was going to have to call a plumber and thought I’d give this a try. Super easy to put together and use, and it worked the first time. Actually kind of cool and amazing. Toilet is back to functioning normally and well. I couldn’t get a “seal” but if you get it where it’s supposed to be there is no backsplash- I noticed someone posted that they would use a bag next time, but I think it wasn’t pushed down and through enough when they were using it.

Ok. I’m old school and when I read like electronic plunger, or whatever, my head started to spin. All kinds of questions came to mind. Plug it in from a cord somewhere?? This bad boy gonna plunge all by itself? (Now that I’d pay to see) does it hop from the bathroom closet and jump to the bowl?!?! (Yea I’m a child of the sixties. And when purple haze stopped playing in my head I actually read about it). Seemed most folks liked it. And some of our household does do a good job of toilet stoppage of the worst degree, and I’m tired of plungers that won’t move those large (let’s call em stools. Kids may be reading) anyway tired if battling those gigantic multiple stools with plungers and even professional toilet snakes I decided to try. When it came in I read the instructions and thought, no way is this thing gonna work. I plugged it in to let it charge and waited for the next ‘issue’ to come along. Sure enough less than a couple of days later it was time. But first I tried my collection of plungers. And as usual. No result at all. I didn’t bother with the snakes and I only plunged to make sure it was a suitable stoppage. I had studied that little piece of paper well. Almost had it memorized. I had already mounted the proper attachment for stool stoppages so here I go. I hit the switch to get the cylinder loaded with air pressure. I ran it up a little higher than reccomended because they didn’t know what they’d be dealing with at the factory. I eased the bulb like attachment into the opening pushing any obstacles along with it. Kept the angle of input as directed took a couple of deep breathe, held it firmly, a silent Prayer, and squeezed the trigger. It sounded like maybe a .410 shotguns with a suppressor on it and it actually had recoil. I eased it out and held I’d down in the bowl. And gave r a flush. ‘We’ll feed me nails and call me Rusty’ it flushed. I flushed it again after i swirled the attachment a bit to clean it a little. And flushed again. Too cool. Then I ran through the whole thing again, just because it was kinda fun. After that I cleaned it and put it away. I was remembering all the times this was such a battle. But no more. I have used it 4-5 times more since then and did have to ‘shoot’ it twice a couple of times but still quick, easy, effective and fun. Lol. Ok I like putting a little humor in things sometimes but seriously this thing is a killer little gadget and the people that invented it all need to have a holiday named after them. As of now I couldn’t give it a better reccomendation than Excellent!!
