I rated this furniture a 5 star due to the sturdiness, affordability, and the design. Of course it is not a top notch piece of furniture. Nor is it something that I would expect to last 30 years or more. However, it is made of solid wood, and it serves the purpose of additional storage, which is a much needed commodity in my home. For some reason, many reviewers rate low cost inexpensive furniture the same way that I would rate very well made, high-end furniture. It is not realistic or logical. At any rate, if you are looking for additional storage for your family room or dining room, I highly recommend this cabinet.     • Predrilled holes and the finish

Disappointed that the predrilled dowel peg holes were too big for the dowel rod pegs. I had to improvise the assembly to make it work. The finish on in inside of the doors is unevenly sprayed on. For the price I paid I though the overall quality and attention to detail would have been better.

Little tough to assemble, but over all a solid piece. Looks great. Wish it was sturdier but for this price it will do. Cabinet doors don’t line up perfectly but you can make it work with some new holes. Don’t screw too tight while assembling.
