We love the look of a fire. Our living space had only a small diagonal area under our TV that would work for adding a fireplace. This unit was the perfect size. Because we needed it to be on the diagonal, we couldn’t mount it on the wall so we added 9” legs to the bottom so it would be an appropriate height to go with our television and would be freestanding. We love the simple modern design. It goes well with our midcentury modern living room furniture. Delivery was a slight hassle as it came on a big truck and we have a steep driveway so we met the truck at the end of our street and loaded the unit into our car. Luckily we have an SUV with a lot of storage space. Packaging was very well engineered and the unit was in perfect condition. The unit was super easy to assemble and to operate. I was a little worried about the logs not being behind the glass. I thought maybe they would look too fake but they don’t. I also worried about dusting them. I decided to use the logs because I think dusting them might be less cumbersome than cleaning all the rocks. Overall we are very happy with this unit.

The media could not be loaded. We've been using this fireplace every night since we got it and it's fantastic! Elegant and easy to install. Took me about 2 hours to install it in our bedroom while talking with my wife. We turn down the light intensity at night and leave the heat on for a comfortable and great nights sleep! Very quiet and beautiful even when the fire is turned off. Looks so much better and more realistic than any other wall mounted fireplace that we've seen. Very happy with our purchase!

We have been looking for over a year for a realistic unit without having to do any construction and this surpasses our expectations. The unit when installed has a built in 3 dimensional look to it. Many visitors think that it is built into the wall! The various color and flame options are so unique and the mantle is very classy with a modern appearance. If you have the space on your wall get the unit with the lights. My pictures are of the purchased 50 inch model. Fits so perfect and the ambiance changed the entire look of our room. One relative already indicated that they will be buying one after seeing it in action. The packaging was unbelievable, arriving with no shipping damage whatsoever. It comes in 2 boxes which are large and slightly heavy. Total installation time was just over two hours because I took my time. Our choice are the crystals rather than the logs but that is personal preference. The price is right as well and the company has proven to me to stand behind their product by responding to questions I had in a very timely fashion. The mantle makes this unit appear as it is part of the wall. I didn't want a free hanging fireplace that had the appearance of a TV. If you are shopping for an electric fireplace I highly recommend this unit. The flames are so perfect, especially at night. Photos do not represent the amazing realistic appearance this fireplace has.

Excellent fire place. Very modern looking and good materials. So happy that I bought it. It was a little over my budget but it worths every penny. Enjoying all beautiful different colors and modes. Warms up my large room very quickly and efficiently. The only thing, timer doesn’t work properly every time when I set it for certain periods. I use it in my bedroom and set the timer for 2 hours sometimes. When I wake up in the middle of night after 3-4 hours later, it’s still running. I turn it off remotely Other than that I love it. That’s the reason I didn’t give 5 star

Trying to stay hopeful… Received my fireplace, installed it then noticed a lot of little dots on part of the front glass. Customer service sent out new unit and after spending a couple of hours taking the flawed unit down and then putting the new unit back up on the wall. Now all buttons on my remote work BUT the HEATER button won’t turn the heat on. Customer service has been good about communicating and trying to fix all problems. Once I get a unit that works properly and has no flaws on the glass then I would be happy in changing my rating. I do know sometimes it just luck of the draw in getting the lemon of the bunch, or should I say lemons. But as for now feeling a bit frustrated. To be continued… Update… it’s been three months since ordering my fist fireplace and am still trying to get the remote heater function issue resolved on my 2nd replacement. Feeling even more frustrated. If you happen to have any issues expect a lengthy process in getting it resolved, I’m still trying to be as patient as I can. To be continued…

The media could not be loaded. I was getting worried, there was multiple shipping delays - not due to the company but by FEDEX. It came in two separate packages. The fire place piece and then everything else in a second box. Overall installation was easy it just took time to install the wall mount (similar to a tv). I’m very satisfied. I’m considering a second one for our bedroom. Different flame and lighting options, plus you can choose from rock or fire-log. The heating option is great as well. Heating can be completely off or adjusted to different temperatures. I’m very happy - it’s worth the money. Solid product!
