It was easy to assemble, but not very comfortable - the sides curve up, so they get in the way of my feet if I try and sit cross legged. Worse, both one of the armrests and the connection between the seat and the stand broke within a couple months of me buying the chair. Would not recommend.

Chair is sturdy and well made. Easy to assemble, however, came w a tear in the seat. Thankfully it’s in an inconspicuous location, so I didn’t feel it was necessary to return. If not for the year I would have given it 5 stars.

The chair arrived on 11/21 so I haven't had much time to spend in it. What I have noticed so far. There is a T bar that supports the back of the chair that has pre drilled slots in it and they don't supply any washers. The head on the screw is just big enough that it doesn't slip through. We'll see how this holds up over time but I see a possible issue with this The arms are flimsy. If there is a fail point on this chair it's going to be the arms. Don't expect much from the leg rest. It's not very stable and had the tendency to bend when there is weight placed in it. It slides out from under the chair fairly easily but sliding it back under the chair can become a test of your patience. Maybe once the plastic slots are a little worn down it'll slide a little easier. Mowing what I now know, woukdi but this chair again. That's a firm NO ! Spend a little more and get a better quality chair. My honest opinion is that I don't see this chair holding up over time.

Ok, so the specs says it's rated for 400+lbs, and I am around 280, and the cushioning in the seat has already been compressed to the point of it being severely uncomfortable to sit in. Rather disappointing given the fact that they SAY it's rated that high, but I'm guessing that just means it won't mechanically fail under 400, but the cushioning doesn't count. NOT "well padded" as advertised for anyone other than "average" size people. It's also very narrow right at the thighs, the wing like protrusions make it feel cramped, and because they are flexing outward the armrests start getting a loose, wobbly feel to them. I'm a bit on the taller side, and there is no way to raise the back higher and make it stay there unless you want to drill a hole in the post and put a bolt through it . The center cylinder post also has a wobble it didn't have before. Not very durable if it's like this after ONE MONTH. Too bad I can't return it at this point, or I would. I mean, it was really good at the start, but sheesh....

This is my first time buying a gaming chair. I didn't wanna spend a whole lot of money because I didn't plan on using it a ton of time. For the VALUE this is a good chair. I would say if you spend less than 10 hours a week in it or just want a chair for a kid this is a good option. I think for the money it's a pretty decent buy. Unfortunately lots of people have had theirs damaged during shipping as it doesn't come with any bubble wrap or padding to protect from damage. I had to get a long handle screwdriver with a hex tip to finish tightening up the bolts on the arm rests and some other places as the right angle Allen key would fit in. I had small trouble getting the bolts started but soon realized there are 2 sets of black bolts the same length that are VERY similar diameter but different sizes. My human error. I put it together in about an hour. The foot rest is a manual pull out but it's nice. The posture and headrest pillows are decent. Again if you want a $400 comfortable chair at $99 as most people that are reviewing it as, lower your expectations. It's $99 if you want a chair you're gonna sit in for more than a 3 or 4 hrs at a time, go buy a $400 chair and stop crying
