The product was very well packed...instructions were easy to follow, only part missing was a package of four one-inch screws. (designate as "O") Panel parts were well marked and good quality with nice fit. Glass doors have very good quality hinge assembly. It took my grandson and myself under 5 hours to assemble, including cutting shipping boxes for recycling. Just needed a Philips Head screwdriver (and a box cutter). Flame is a yellow orange with no color adjustment possible, with three intensity levels. You can set the time for automatic cut off, but I have not confirmed this operation yet. The heater fan is noisier that I expected but it did put out heat, which was not an essential feature for us. We just wanted the ambience of a fireplace for the TV game room, and this will work well. The remote for the fireplace is on the same frequency as my TV soundbar, Flame turns on when the soundbar is activated with the remote. But we are working around this. Lastly, we gave up on trying to plug the cam-lock holes with the plastic pieces provided. Most holes are well concealed anyway and I'll use a black marker over the others. Overall, it is a good value for the price!

I am very happy with this beautiful tv/fireplace console. It is the perfect size for our small home and the fireplace adds a warm and cozy atmosphere. It looks much more expensive than it was! It did take me 9 hours to put it all together, but it was relatively easy, and worth it. Do not use a drill! Hand screw all the screws in, as this is a heavier wood (particles board?), and it will split with a screw gun! Also, It really helps if you read and follow all the directions!😄

Package arrived earlier than expected, which was great! Everything was packaged beautifully, each piece was clearly labeled. My husband and I worked together and had it done in about 3 hours total...once you get past step 5 (which was a pain!!!), it was very easy to put together! It works great for our space, exactly the size it was promised to be, well constructed, and easy to assemble. The fireplace feature is great! Very happy with our purchase!

The entertainment center is a bit of a project to assemble. However, for the price, it’s worth the effort. The fireplace heater works great to keep us warm and heats our medium size living room perfectly. We put our 77” tv on top and it fits perfectly. I highly recommend, just be sure to have the right drill for the small space available to put on the doors.

The media could not be loaded. This electric fireplace arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It took one person several hours (maybe like four) to assemble. It was not difficult, but it did take longer than expected. It is totally worth it! It would be a pretty big understatement to say we are happy with this product. The remote works without issue and it heats well. The fireplace looks very nice and has the largest fireplace section of any we found. The wood look matches furniture that you can easily find on Amazon which has made matching it to the living room furniture extremely easy. The price was significantly lower, and quality and size more generous than the ones we found locally. If this is the style you want and you have product assembly skills, you should certainly go for it because you will not be disappointed! If you don't have product assembly skills or access to someone who does, you could hire someone with the money you save. It's awesome! Sturdy, beautiful functional and a lot of storage. This thing is way to pretty to put a tv on, so we are just using is like a fireplace and it transforms the space. Photos of full-size scissors to give an idea of the sizes of the storage compartments. Update: We have experienced a couple of glitches with this product. One time a Roku remote seemed to interfere with the fireplace remote and vise versa. It's hard to speak to that since I don't really understand it. At the same time the remote was causing the tv to go off it was also failing to adjust the heater temperature. Another time the heater just flat out would not operate. I tried everything I could think of, testing different buttons in different ways (On the remote and directly on the panel) and turning it off repeatedly and trying to turn it back on. It was just stuck blinking on a LED message that said EO nonstop. At the time the heater function failed, the flame function and flame settings continued to work. THEN we tried unplugging the unit and plugging it back in after waiting one or two minutes. Problem solved. If you get "gremlins" or your FP goes bonkers for any unknown reason, don't panic. Just unplug, wait two minutes or so and plug back in.
