If you doubting whether these things work, you no different. I was reluctant too. But with Amazon return guarantee, I thought give it a shot. And mind you, I have never cut glasses before only broken them 😆. This turned out almost perfect. Took me more time removing the label than making this masterpiece. Yes for me it is. Nice, compact grinder is an asset for beginning glass artists. Simple and straightforward instructions help with ease of use. One concern though…I’ve been unable to find replacement drill bits. May be my lack of knowledge of where to find rather than the maker. Still searching.
