My son absolutely LOVES his hoverboard. Not only is it his favorite color (blue), but it has bright led lights in the front, and red led lights in the back, very similar to a car. This helps with him with being able to see the ground while also being visible when the light isn’t too great outside. The charge lasts a decent amount of time and my son has yet to find anywhere where he CAN’T ride his hoverboard. The movement is fluid and easy to learn with the pressure-sensitive plates that your feet stand on- Move your feet forward and you go forward, back and you go back. The LED lights in the wheels are a plus too making the board look really cool and futuristic! The material it’s made of feels sturdy and solid and can hold up to 220lbs, so even adults can share in on the fun. My son will have tons of fun with his hoverboard for years to come.

This sure takes some time to learn. It's pretty cool, though. The kids have gotten a kick out of how to get it to work. All of them from the ten year old to the 22 year old take turns on it. The battery life seems to last awhile. The lights on it are bright. It's cool for sure, just takes some time to get used to.

First, about me: 70 years old, 144 pounds. I have never used a hoverboard before. It's a little tricky to get on: when you put on the first foot, it starts to move before the second foot is on. I found that once I'm on, staying straight up is best, not like you seen on-line of people flailing around and falling. Once I got a little acclimated, I was able to move around my kitchen, and even turn around quite easily. My feeling is that it takes a while for your brain and body to get in sync with the board, just like riding a bicycle. Some notes on the instructions that accompany this excellent board: they are crummy. Nothing showing the on/off button or charging port (although they're easy to find), or where the charging indicator is. Nothing about the Bluetooth. And I was a little perplexed at first as to which way is front and which way is back. Bottom line: I really enjoy this well built hoverboard. Highly recommended.

I'll admit, I have no true basis for comparison. I am in my later years and have done bicycling, roller skating, ice skating and skiing but not lately. This board was something I have wanted to try for a long time. That first few seconds were a little chaotic but I did not fall. Moving around the smooth floors of my home, I got used to it pretty quickly. My wife was telling me about a plethora of YouTube videos showing older people getting hurt on these and I can see why, but when something unexpected happened, I basically just stepped off. Granted, this was low speed travel but I can see going faster with experience. Still, this thing is friendlier than I expected. Also, I am about 200# and that weight did not seem to phase the board. Overall, it is a keeper.

Out of the box this had a really weird smell. Somewhere between an ashtray and clothes the day after a bonfire. From what I can see there is no wood here so I'm not sure how they achieve this smell. Luckily no burning electronics smell. The unit itself is plenty hefty. The charger does feel a bit cheap but I plugged it in and it seems to work just fine. This looks like it's meant for kids but it is adult sized. I tried it and seems to be able to move 215lb without issue. Still figuring out how to ride it for longer periods but it starts up fine. Reading the other reviews no one seems to notice so maybe I got a faulty unit but this thing smelled for the first couple days. Really fun and priced well but if it smells like mine did you'll probably want to vent this for a day or two.

I will be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this hoover board but it's pretty awesome and fun to ride! The set up was easy and I was able to ride it around right away. The lights and speakers work great and it's pretty responsive when you lean forward or back. I think it can be used for both kids and adults and the price is affordable !

I have not seen a hover board that had this kind of weight rating before. My grandsons have theirs and always look like they are having so much fun but I have never found one, until now, that was rated for an adult, did not look like a 7 year old owned it, and had all the features that the grandson's has. This thing is also insane fast for a hover board. Even at my 210 pounds, I can keep up with the young ones and we all get to have great fund cruising through the neighborhood. The range is more than we will ever use, and the lights are a nice touch. Also love the bluetooth speakers built in. We pair one phone to the three hoverboards and we sound like a parade going out and about. Learning curve was a bit but had it in an hour or so. fun fun fun

this hoover board is pretty cool and the kids absolutely love it. Keeps them entertained for hours, this is an outside toy because it's a little too fast for indoors. The music and lights make the hoover board THAT much better, such an awesome toy.
