We got this for my son for Christmas. He used it on the little charge it came with when he first got it. After charging it, it wouldn’t work. We tried everything the instructions said to try & we couldn’t get it to turn on. We contacted the seller directly and received a response back in less than 24 hours that it was faulty and they would ship out a new one immediately. Within a few days we had a new one and it has been great so far. Got this for my 8yr old daughter for Christmas and she LOVES it! She rides it all through the house, it has not gone outside yet because we have a dirt/gravel driveway. She loves the color, she likes the lights so she rode through the house in the dark, the lights are bright! If the kids have this outside at night they will definitely be seen!
