    • Wifi connectivity and sound issues
This computer is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet, where other devices on the same connection do not have an issue. When changing audio devices, or what program is playing sounds, I have repeatedly had to troubleshoot, as many times, nothing initially plays. I've made sure drivers are up to date, and done some digging online for solutions, but have not found any answers. I would not purchase this laptop again. ... show more

I got it today and after spending nearly half a day by myself and HP technical service i was forced to return it. Every time I try to restart it i get a blue screen of death, boot device not found. 3f0. It was good looking; I am truly sad that it did not work!
