It looks great, we started to get complements by neighbors since day one as they were able to see it because of the high ceilings. It just take many hours to put it together as each piece hangs individually and at least two people to install it. Well worth it!!!

I order this chandelier as well as another of the same brand. Both are incredible. We have a staircase that is three stories and needed something to dress it up. The chandelier exceeded my expectations. It is gorgeous and an eye-catcher. Everyone who sees it comments on how incredibly beautiful it is. It seems of good quality. The instructions were easy to follow, but as another purchaser mentioned...very time-consuming to put the crystal balls on to each strand of crystals. It was better to space it out over a few days. Two pieces of advice: (1) after attaching each crystal ball to the strand of crystals, hang it immediately (each one is perfectly numbered); and (2) best to hang the ball part over a shoulder while you attach the strand to the fixture. I made the mistake on the second one: It was dangling while I was going to attach it, it slipped out of my hands down three stories, and the crystals broke. I contacted the manufacturer who was kind enough to send me a replacement strand. Highly recommend Siljoy as well as this specific chandelier. Could not be happier! ... show more

I gave 5 stars on the chandelier because it's a very nice piece of light fixture and I had so many compliments on it. I gave 3 stars on easy to install and assemble because it's a time-consuming project. It required 2-3 persons to put this together. I gave 4 stars to the value because the price I paid for the largest size cost much more compared to the others sizes. The other 2 sizes didn't meet my need and this one is a bit larger to the point that I have to shorten it by clip off the strings and rehung it back together. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I chose this fixture after seeing one extremely similar that was smaller with fewer lights and crystals. The price was double then this one which was bigger and better in every way. Definitely arrived faster then the provided delivery date. Plan the installation process accordingly because it takes several hours after mounting the fixture to place the strings and crystals. Read instructions prior! The light bulbs that are included are white. I will be changing the lights to a warm white. Overall I’m very happy with this product and the material. ... show more

Installed the Chandelier and it looks Fabulous. It took some effort but the end result makes it worth it. Ever since I placed the order I got frequent updates of the progress of my order. I got all my queries answered and the Customer support was excellent. I had a concern which was duly addressed. Very professional and customer oriented company.
