It's beautiful and definitely a wow factor but God it's so so hard to install. Took us 4 to 5 hours and 3 people. Each crystal needs to be attached in the hook and than each strand if crystal needs to hook on the silver frame. Plus connecting to the ceiling is very hard. The chandelier is really very attractive and beautiful to look at even when it’s switched off. We are really happy with the purchase. The only issue that we found was that all the rain drop strings are connected with a white plastic string which was tough to cut out before assembling. I would urge that we should not but that white string rather provide them without tied together. Customer Service : 100 out of 100. I had a missing rain drop and the customer service really took my request seriously and they were really quick with the additional drops. Very modern unit. It looks great and I get a lot of compliments. Its been installed for at least 6 months now, and is working with no problems. Now the down sides. AS with any crystal light, you need to install each hanging crystal individually (i think this one has over 200 pieces, and that takes about 4-5 hours. This unit is big and substantial, which is great, however, because of the size and tremendous weight, this can not be easily installed onto and existing ceiling light outlet. My electrician add two support beams in the ceiling to attach this unit too). Overall, it took quite an effort to install, however, it does look very modern. lastly, I wish it came with dimmable lights. ... show more

Let me start by saying Thank You to the seller. I need the chandelier much before than the stated timeframe of the listing. Still I made the purchase and contacted the seller. Tom was very helpful and shipped it next day. I received it 2 weeks before I needed. Thank you Now, the chandelier itself is beautiful. I was a little smaller than expected and assembly took almost 6 hours to professional. But, the outcome is beautiful. Crystals are very solid too. My 4 year old took couple from the box and started running and dropped them on th hardwood floor but no damage or scratch. We love it! Thank you ... show more
