We purchased this silicone scar tape to help reduce the appearance of an older surgical scar. The roll was easy to cut to the desired size, adhered reasonably well to the skin, and could be reused several times as advertised. After several weeks of consistent use, we noticed some improvement in skin texture and softness around the scar area, but the visible appearance of the scar itself changed less than we had hoped. These are way beyond expectations! I had a large, hard scar on my face, for at least 8 years. This was going to be one more thing to try. Why don’t doctors tell us this stuff works? Even the first night I was amazed, could this simple tape make this much of an improvement in one use? Yes it did. Scabs heal, scar flattens, hard to believe! Hope others have similar results!
