It's easy to use, and no adhesive is needed. It works great. I used it on my walking cane to make it more comfortable and prevent blisters, and I also used it on the gear shifter in my car, as a piece was broken. You can put it on prettier than I did--I will take my time next time!

My lawnmower handle was bare metal and the vibrations were brutal on my arms after mowing. Bought this as a solution and wrapped it around the handle. Worked really well and for the most part it blends in with the handle. I did use electrical tape on the ends for added security but to be honest it probably doesn't need it. Knocking off a star because like other reviews my roll was very short. Went through an entire roll doing this handle and would've liked at least another few inches of tape.

I'm giving it 3-stars for the following reasons. It sure stickers to itself just as they state, it fact you can't peel it off itself. Applied easily as stated. What I don't like are the ribs. You have to wrap over them and creates high spots and where you start and end it's completely overlaped and creates a really high spot. Had I paid attention I would have orders the same with no ribs. I can't return it b/c you can't get it off without destroying it, so for me a lesson learned and a waste of $10

I bought this twice but was disappointed both times. It won't stay wrapped. The end spontaneously unwraps no matter how I try to press it down, pull it snug, leave it a little slack, hold it tight a long time -- nothing works to keep the end wrapped. Will resort to glue and painter's tape to hold down the end... argh.
