I am one who had a very hard time falling asleep, I have a very physical day job and when I get home my routine is go to gym if I don’t get off too late, eat shower then off to bed well at least try to go to sleep, most nights my mind would race thinking about work or absolute nonsense and I would be up all night with few hrs of sleep then off to work again. I have tried straight melatonin as well as my nyquil zzzz, I personally had terrible experiences with those, I would wake up out of dreams short of breath gasping for air for some odd reason. I decided to give this leanPM a try because I love their preworkout and greens. My initial experience with the first few nights was actually surprising, I seemed less stressed and actually felt sleepy, I took 2 pills with a 12oz water bottle about an hour before bed and I sleep great. As far as weight loss I don’t notice a big change but it is there, I weigh myself at night and in morning I’m about 1lb to 1.5lb lighter which is not much, but the sleep I get is great as well as reduced stress, I am in a much deeper state of sleep and I also notice since taking lean PM I wake up early around 6am with no alarm, it’s seems since I started taking leanPM I always wake up at 6am like on a routine, I wake up feeling fully rested and energized. The reason for this review is because my son and I both took this product so I will be giving you prospective from both. As for my 25-year-old son he lost 25 fat pounds following instructions. I did the same thing and lost nothing but I am also 50 and in the first year of menopause which is the reason I was taking this trying to lose weight from this. As for sleep it helped me but not for him. I want to think it has to do with men and women metabolisms but as I have read many women have been losing weight on this so I begin to wonder is it just my age and my body going through hormone changes that is preventing the weight loss. So take into consideration that if your body is using different medications such as insulin like myself who was born with diabetes certain medical conditions May prevent the weight loss unlike my son who is very healthy and also walks 15 miles a day at his construction job plus is a weightlifter and goes to the gym an hour after work every day so I would like to think the amount of exercise he gets in a day was also a contributing factor. At 50 I am only going to the gym now an hour and a half 3 days a week since my son moved to California in january. Before that we used to go to the gym 7 days a week 2 to 3 hours a day. So I am assuming that because I'm not getting as much exercise as before unable to drive being legally blind and also starting severe menopause changes in my body that these factors are all the reason that I'm not getting the results that I would have had I been still working out that many hours a week but my system can no longer handle doing that at this point. So hopefully this insight will help others decide whether to use this but as others have mentioned you must be following a Clean Diet with daily exercise and definitely not having anything to eat and I recommend not after 6:00 or 7:00 at night. My son does not eat after 5:00 p.m. which has made a very big difference in his weight loss. Being diabetic I often sometimes have to have a snack after said 7:00 that I typically follow no eating recently started at 4:00 p.m. but there again my system requires snacks as my blood sugar is may drop and have to have juice so therefore my fast then becomes null in void. So anyone who wants to start this product I do recommend it but as I mentioned you must take into consideration if you have any medical conditions that require you to have snacks often such as being diabetic also some medications such as insulin also make you gain weight if you take it frequently so you have to be more patient in the weight loss Journey. I have been at this now several months with only losing 6 lb which is only approximately 1 lb a month but it is better than nothing and also consider your age as it is a lot harder to lose weight then someone like my son who's 25 and I am 50. I can tell the difference in my sleep when I take this defiantly a better nights sleep and feel awake in the morning not drowsy like some of the other products. My energy levels are also up and have helped with my performance at work. Would recommend this product for others to try since everyone is different but it works for me and I will continue to use this product for the foreseeable future

I have been taking these for almost a week. They don't make me sleepy but I don't have a problem getting to sleep once I lay down. I have started taking them a few hours before bed because I don't think about food. I got these to reduce my evening and night time eating. I haven't felt any uneasiness during the day or night. I am starting to notice that I am not hungry much throughout the day and I have energy to get things accomplished. No grogginess and I am not sleepy still when it is time to get up. However, this like many supplements give me lots of vivid dreams. So I do wake during the night multiple times but I have no problem getting back to sleep. I may add melatonin so that I can stay asleep. I am also getting less hours of sleep but am not sleepy throughout the day. I tend to lose weight faster when I get more hours of sleep, so hopefully the melatonin will help with that. Overall, I am satisfied. Especially considering most supplements give me an uneasy or bloating feeling and this one does not. I do normally drink about a gallon of water a day.
