If you bake bread even occasionally, these silicone slings are such a helpful tool. They let you lower dough into a scorching Dutch oven without burning yourself or ruining the shape of the loaf. The silicone really doesn’t stick, even with wet doughs, and cleanup takes almost no effort. I’ve also used them as liners for reheating leftovers or as trivets for hot pots. For how inexpensive they are, they instantly make bread baking a lot smoother and safer. They have gone through probably a dozen or so bread bakes at this point and have held up just as well as my higher priced mats. If you get a lot of polymerized oils built up on these (will happen over time due to high temp baking repeatedly), just use a mild spray degreaser and these will be back to brand new!
