These mats stick to the work surface and do not move around, making it very easy to keep your dough and crust on the mat and work surface. The dough easily peels away from the mat when needed. I have used the pastry sheet to make bagels, and it was perfect for keeping the flour contained as my granddaughter and I rolled them out. Easy clean up as well - just fold the sheet lightly in the middle and dump remaining flour and crumbs. I'm looking forward to making pie crusts on this piece. The baking sheets fit my pans well.

I had always used parchment paper to line pans for baking and cooking and was a bit hesitant to switch to the silicone however I’ve used both of the larger mats twice already and I’ve had excellent results. The round silicone mat was bigger than I had expected it to be and will keep my eye out for a round pan that it would fit in as these are very convenient

i liked that these mats are thick and not flimsy like past ones ive used but it still had issues with sugary foods sticking and bbq sauces as well but better than all the others

Great price on 3 silicone baking mats. I was tired of buying parchment paper monthly and adding more waste - these 3 mats work beautifully and no more trash to add to landfills! Melted brie just slides off the mat - a quick wash and dry and ready to use again.

Are absolutely wonderful! Great for use in the oven. I'm not sure why I waited so long to get this Silicone backing tray liners. They clean up very easy!!! Works wonderfully! I had used others mats and noted an odor when using them. I have only used them up to 300 degrees and never noticed any odor, also I didn’t use nonstick sprays on them and the food did not stick to them. Highly recommend !!!

I love these! I actually use 1 (had to cut the big one down to size) to line the bottom of the drip tray of my ICONITES air fryer oven! Now I don't have to buy foil sheets anymore. Better for the environment! All the grease would drip down to the bottom, and I pull out the drip tray, wash this mat and back it goes. Love love it! Now I'm getting various sizes to line the other baking pans. I bought a cheaper version of these and while the air was blowing in the air fryer, it would lift off of the drip tray and touched and heating element and caught fire! That was a big lesson! I would only use these because they stay down flat on the tray and they don't move! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The "Professional Silicone Baking tray Liners" have made my holdy cooking a little bit easier. They are easy to clean either by hand or by dishwasher. The only problem I had was on my end with not a large enough pan for the big sheet (excuse to go shopping Nordic Ware Natural Aluminum Commercial Baker's Half Sheet ). I would buy it again for any of my family as a gift or for myself. Thanks for great product.
